I am a Bay Area based composer, songwriter, music producer, and recording engineer. Before turning my attention to music performance and production, I worked as a tutor for four years and taught in an after-school program through Americorps, where I received extensive teacher training.

Music has always been an integral part of my life. I have performed with school band, choir, and various professional ensembles for over 15 years. I have substantial experience writing songs and that process has been significantly enriched by what I've learned while studying at Mills College. My experience and training as a teacher and tutor inform the way I teach my lessons.
