8 Writing lessons
She gave me an exercise just to get writing, and when I was intimidated by that as well, she broke it down into another simpler exercise. We went over descriptive writing in general, to make sure I understood what my school was asking. Then, we went into the assignment when I felt more comfortable, and was excited to write. It ended up where I was looking around the room, eager to describe it in a unique way and think of a different scene entirely that it reminded me of.
