She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the US naturalization process, the likely interview questions and the areas that immigration officers are likely to focus on. It also helped that Connie was flexible in scheduling the lessons for particular days/times and I could tell that she planned out and prepared for every single lesson. The results speak for themselves: my elderly mother, who started with only limited English, was able to pass her US citizenship interview and tests easily.
