Highly recommended tutor

Kobi Understands His Students
Although I had some knowledge of Hebrew when I first started with Kobi Almog I froze when it came to have conversation with anyone in Hebrew. I mentioned this to him during our first session together. He knew exactly what to do. He began to encourage me to create scenarios to practice e.g. what would I say to someone sitting next to me on an airplane if they asked about my family." I would write the scenario as a homework assignment and Kobi would patiently role play with me during the following week's session. We continue to do this every week and Kobi encourages me to go beyond what Ithought I could do. During each session he introduces new modern phrases for me to practice. Kobi never says that I made a mistake. Instead he says "there is a better way to say this..." Overall Kobi is kind and patient. Most importantly he understands each of his students and determines what is the best way for us to learn. One can sense his joy when his student achieves each goal. If you are serious about learning to speak Hebrew look no further. Kobi Almog is the best choice.
