I am looking for a Digital SAT tutor for my 16-year-old daughter. She plans to take the August, September, and October Digital SAT exams. Our goal is to help her improve to 1500+.
We are looking for a tutor who can help her with both SAT Math and Reading & Writing. While she has a solid foundation, she still needs support in improving her accuracy, speed, and confidence under timed conditions.
We hope to focus on:
* Digital SAT Math problem-solving strategies
* Reading & Writing strategies
* Time management and pacing
* Module 2 strategies
* Efficient elimination of incorrect answer choices
* Careful analysis of practice-test mistakes
* Building confidence for test day
We are not looking for a traditional lecture-based SAT course. Instead, we hope to work with a tutor who can identify her weaknesses, develop an efficient study plan, and coach her on test-taking strategies.
Before scheduling regular lessons, I would like to ask a few questions:
1. Have you helped students improve from around 1300 to 1500+?
2. How would you design a study plan for a student with this goal?
3. Based on your experience, approximately how many sessions would you recommend?
4. Would it be possible to schedule a trial lesson first?
