What was most helpful in the review sessions was the formulaic approach in the writing and reading that allowed for greater consistency and accuracy in the reading section. After 4 reviews I noticed my practice tests going from a 650 range to a 730-770 range. Not being an avid reader myself getting the insight to read in a more critical way and categorizing wrong answers choices gave me a more confident approach in the SAT reading overall.
