I think this would be a wonderful opportunity for me because I was looking for a job and what better way to make money than to help students with their education. I have no experience with tutoring, but I'd like to give it a try. All throughout school I have been very good with math. In the 8th grade I was given the opportunity to try a higher math class, so I gave it a shot. It was challenging, but I like a good challenge. Ever since the 8th grade I have taken Algebra 1 Honors in 9th grade, Geometry Honors in 10th grade, and now I am taking Algebra 2 Honors.
I think I would be a good tutor in Algebra 1 and possibly PreAlgebra. I will work with you and help you to understand how to work out the problems.
