And the graph would be a vertical line through x=-4.5.
To solve this problem you need to have ONLY x on one side of the equation, but remember that what ever is done to one side of the equals sign must also be done to the other. So, to get x by itself, divide BOTH sides by -2. Then to graph x = c, where c is the value found from above, it is just a straight verticle line at x = c on the graph.
