As outlined below, the combination of academic excellence, an advanced degree in math and success as a tutor/teacher represent my qualifications.

At Colgate University I majored in math, got a BS with a 3.85 overall GPA and graduated Magna Cum Laude. This level of academic performance qualifies me in areas like English, math, science, arts, etc.

I was then awarded a teaching fellowship to the University of Pittsburgh which funded my MS in math. As part of the fellowship I taught approximately 20 undergraduate math courses including algebra, calculus, trigonometry, etc.

I have enjoyed tutoring and teaching students of ALL ages (including my own grandkids) in a wide variety of topics from elementary grades to high school, SAT/ACT preparation, etc.

During my career as an IT executive at GE I was chosen to work with Harvard Graduate School faculty members to develop courses to be taught to IT managers at GE's Crotonville executive training center. Also while employed at GE I taught computer programming at a high school during the evening.

While employed at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center I was appointed to the faculty of their Total Quality Management (TQM) program to teach TQM statistical processes to doctors, other clinicians and administrative personnel.

I have also tutored/taught via remote technology but prefer personal sessions.

I look forward to hearing from you.
