Great Tutor Experience
Using Wyzant was a very easy process and it makes the experience to communicate and pay the tutor with out having to discuss the finances with the tutor even more pleasing. I think this allows for more focus on the success of the student and Tutor. I am very pleased! with the experience and will use wyzant from here forward, and I highly recommend Wyzant to anyone who is looking for a Tutor. Thank you.

Great Tutor Search and Selection
My experience with WyzAnt from the very beginning has be great. Patrick, my son's tutor has been really working for us. He is on time and prepared. His rapport with my son is good. The payment system very easy. I'm really glad that I stumbled cross WyzAnt's website. Keep up the great job.
Great Tutor Search and Selection
My experiences with WyzAnt have been exceptional. It was so quick and easy to find a tutor through the website. Josh, our tutor, responded so quickly! The payment process is simple and uncomplicated. My son is having a great experience with his tutor. His confidence increased after the very first session. He looks forward to the sessions with his tutor. WyzAnt is exactly what we need as the school year comes to an end. I only wish that I had found WyzAnt earlier in the school year!
Wide choice of local tutors and great response to my search.
I found WyzAnt via google, and was able to feed in my post code and find a selection of local tutors. I was impressed that I could do a background check on each tutor and that they each listed a short bio on the site. Payment was quick and easy through PayPal and I was able to keep track of my transactions. I would definitely recommend WyzAnt for anyone needing one on one tuition.
Great program overall!
First off, Samia, our tutor has been fantastic so far. She demonstrates mastery of the algebra II concepts. She has been teaching my son in a way that helps him to comprehend the equations and concepts. He is able to work through his homework more efficiently than before Samia.(In 3 sessions AND she comes to the house!) We are looking forward to continued success with the tutoring. With regard to the WyzAnt program, I was skeptical when I first looked into it. I googled "math tutor in mesa" and WyzAnt came up, along with other options. I chose to look into WyzAnt. It has worked into our week schedule, perfectly. I have been very impressed with the payment set up, the instant tutoring session feedback and the payment/"time clock" record keeping. If all tutors are as knowledgeable and effective as Samia, I will recommend your program all day long!!

There is a deeper care than just a receiving an financial compensation; there is a genuine sense of caring and commitment; Stewards of the Tutoring, Teaching, and Coaching professions.
Excellent experience
From finding the tutor, to using your site, to the billing and follow up, you have been terrific. But most importantly, the tutor, Leslie, has been outstanding. We will continue to use her in the fall. She has skill, flexiblity, warmth, rapport, and is a great problem-solver. A gem.

I was in need of a German tutor in my area and did not know where to look. I found WyzAnt in a web search and was connected with a tutor within a week of looking. The process was smooth and I am well pleased with the service and my tutor is very knowledgeable and has been a tremendous help.
Great Experience
I found WyzAnt through a search engine. I was in need of a tutor to help me understand what I was doing wrong on a state board. I had several responses within minutes of posting my request. After emailing several back over a few days I had found the perfect tutor for me. Setting up the account was easy and made payments for the tutor very convenient. We finally met and are building, what I think, a successful partnership in achieving my goals. I would recommend WyzAnt to everyone in need of expanding their knowledge base.
Awesome Tutor and Website!!!
I was in desperate need to find some help for my daughter, who's a Senior and at high risk to not Graduate with her classmates due to failing her TAKS Math Test 5 times. She was also failing her Algebra II class with a 38 coming near to the end of the six weeks. I had reached out to her Algebra II teacher, TAKS Math Teacher and her school counselor. They all recommended before/after school tutoring but even with all of the extra help, she still failed the TAKS Math test in February. A co-worker suggested to look into a Private Tutor,I thought it couldn't hurt but only help right? but I was also told be ready to payout some Big Bucks. As a parent your willing to do whatever it takes to help your child in time of desperate need. I started to look into websites for private tutoring services and came across WyzAnt. I had never heard of this company nor did any of my fellow co-workers. I admit, I was uncertain and fearful of what I may end up with? Was I going to get ripped off? Who are these tutors? Do they do background checks? How much was this going to cost? After a few moments thinking about my daughter's stress level, hearing her up late at night not able to sleep and hearing the words, "I'm a failure", I took a leap of faith and registered. I was very impressed with the wide selection of tutors in our area and the quick response from one in particular, "Shannon A.". She was very compassionate and she heard my cry for HELP! After the first day of tutoring, my daughter and I both felt a huge sigh of relief. Finally, someone who can actually help! After two days of tutoring, my daughter started to understand her Math and after 2 weeks of tutoring, she managed to raise a 38 average to a 71 and passed her Algebra II class for the six weeks. My daughter's hard work,determination and with Shannon's help, I strongly believe my daughter will pass her TAKS Math next week. I will be forever grateful to Shannon and WyzAnt providing something that no one else could, "Hope". I'm even more surprised, I actually could afford the cost for the tutoring! I would highly recommend any parent or student to take a leap of faith and make the best investment ever with WyzAnt.
Easier website
I love your website and think it's a great idea. I think your website could be easier to use though. For example, I searched out tutors and when I messaged them I clicked the box that would put a bulletin out for other tutors to read so they could contact me as well. Now that I have someone there is no way (or I cant find it) to take down the bulletin so other tutors will quit contacting me. I also had trouble figuring out the back ground check.
