Great tutor selection but some are unresponsive
I finally found a great tutor after searching for 3 months: the first selected was perfect but withdrew due to lack of compliance with background check, then several others were located too far outside of my area; I finally located a tutor that was within my area that would work for me and had the qualifications I was looking for as an adult learner.
Excellent Resource for Tutors
We conducted an online search for a local tutor for refresher courses for career purposes. We found your site, and the website was easy to navigate, which is very helpful to us. Everything we did was simple and efficient. Wyzant's set-up of profiles and bio's of tutors is extremely helpful in determining which one to choose, and it took us not very long to do so. The tutor we picked is excellent (Marc R in Providence, RI), and continuing to provide wonderful lessons. The method of payment is professional, safe and secure.
Finding A Tutor and WyzAnt Follow-up
I received a response from a tutor in my area within my area the same day of my request. I placed a call to the WyzAnt 800 number one evening and the call was returned promptly the next morning. I have been very pleased with the response of the tutors and WyzAnt team and the overall experience.

Great company and great tutors
I started using this service about a month ago and so far I have been very impressed with the service and the tutor. At first I was hesitant but I have not had any problems. When I called in to ask questions about the company, the staff was very polite, courteous and friendly. They were able to direct me accordingly. Our tutor has also been a blessing to our family and my daughter adores her.

Great customer support
I have been so impressed by how professional this company is. It has been so easy to navigate through there on line system. The first tutor we had didn't connect with our child, so I called the company and told them and they didn't charge us. We wanted a tutor that was young and lived in our neighborhood and the customer service rep gave us several suggestions. We found the perfect fit. We give this company 5 stars.
Wyzant is Great!
Our experience with WyzAnt has been very positive. I was impressed with the number of tutor profiles and we are very impressed with the tutor we selected. I love the write-up after each session which is provided by our tutor. The payment system works well for us too.
