AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME
This site is truly amazing. I am still amazed with the user friendly navigation of this site and also selection of tutors and awesome payment options. I can only give wyzant tutoring 150% rating. I was really unsure about doing anything thru internet but my experience with wyzant has been truly amazing and i would recommend to everyone. The tutor is amazing as well. Thank you wyzant.
Helpful and kind customer service reps!!
I have had confusion about tutor profiles being in accurate with regards to the distance in miles they would travel. When I contacted a tutor it stated in the profile they would travel within a 15 mile radius. Unfortunately,I had to travel to them. I was in need of a tutors expertise and so without question, I traveled. My confusion lead me to call the customer service # and share my frustration and ask if I was tied to this particular tutor. What I received from the customer sales representative was more than I could have expected. She first apologized and told me that she was so sorry I had to travel and would credit me back that time (which has ALREADY been done). Next she helped me find another tutor to fit my needs. Followed by an email explaining our conversation. I felt like I mattered and that my experience with Wyzant was important to her. In a world where most generally, we feel like we are a # or we are sent to another department because, the person answering the phone doesn't deal with whatever we are calling about, this was HUGE to me. I will and would recommend this service to anyone who could benefit from it. I have now found a tutor, on campus and fits my educational needs. Thank you to the customer service representative who made this possible in one step, one call and no transfers!
Finding a tutor
It was very easy to find a French tutor for my daughter using Wyzant. We selected a few from their details that were local and contacted them by email. Then we set up a lesson and have gone from there. The tutor is excellent and is just what we were looking for. Thank you Wyzant for a good service. I also appreciated the call from the customer service team to make sure that everything was going ok with my search.
Easy and Efficient Tutor Search and Payment
Within 2 days we found a tutor and made weekly arrangements for in-house algebra lessons for 2 of my daughters. It was easy, convenient and our tutor is fabulous with the kids and very knowledgeable in all levels of math. We're very happy with the program.
Very Useful Site!
I've gone to WyzAnt twice now - once for an ESL tutor for a teenager and once to set up private art lessons for a child - and both times I was very happy with the experience. WyzAnt has had plenty of available choices in my local area for both topics and the potential tutors that I have contacted have all been responsive. The two tutors that I have worked with have been awesome! And the website makes it easy to arrange for payments - as well as keeping records of the details of each lesson - what was covered, how the tutor thought it went and how the student and I thought it went. I will definitely go back any time I need to arrange a tutor again, for any topic and for students of any age!
Excellent Tutor
I've found that I can't rely on my daughter's school to recommend a tutor, so we have to find help on our own. Wyzant has been a great source for helping us find a Music Theory tutor for my daughter. They give you an option of qualified tutors to chose from, the billing couldn't be easier and the customer service reps have been very helpful. Hannah is doing an excellent job helping my daughter keep up with and understand what she's learning in her Music Theory Class. Thank you Wyzant!

Good overall service
Very good experience so far, the web site is very friendly and easy to use, I am also happy to know that I don't have to pay the tutors directly. I wasn't very lucky with the first 2 tutors and wyzant did not let me pay for it, now I am happy to have found the tutor that my son felt comfortable with. I also called your representatives several times and there is minimum waiting time and they were all very helpful and pleasant. I can simply say that I am satisfied and happy with the service.
