Tutor Search
I have used WyzAnt in the past and found the experience very positive, so when I was in need of a tutor again, WyzAnt was the first place I turned! Again, not disappointed. I found a wide range of tutors listed and of the three I contacted, two responded right away. We have already had our first session with our new tutor, and that session was very positive. I would recommend WyzAnt to any parent or student looking for a tutor.

I just happened upon the WyzAnt website when looking for a tutor for my daughter. Easy site to navigate and I found a tutor that was a good match quite easily. I especially like the feedback about the session which is done quickly. Also, like that I can see the balance in the account. I would recommend this site to anyone who is in search of a tutor.
Great Tutors! Great Response Time!
I have used WyzAnt to find both a grammar tutor and geometry tutor. I need them quickly. I got a lot of great responses and in both instances found someone to do the tutoring the next day. Both tutors did a fabulous job.
Great Experience
I began searching for a language tutor (Cantonese) and stumbled upon your website. WyzAnt is very easy to use and I was able to locate the right tutor immediately. I am very fortunate to have found Wendy. I would not hesitate to recommend her services. I would also recommend WyzAnt, it was very simple to set up and use. Your follow-up system is also very helpful.

Easy payment plan, good selection of tutors in my area.
Thus far, my experience with Wyzant has been very positive. I was able to easily locate, and communicate with 2 tutors in our area, for our daughter. She has had 2 sessions with one, and one with the other, and is feeling a lot more positive about her learning abilities. Payment has been very convenient, as I had an exisiting Paypal account.
Excellent Rating Overall
I have had an excellent overall experience with WyzAnt. The website is streamlined from search to accounting details. My tutor Andy G is an exceptional teacher and continues to encourage my growth while offering constructive challenge to the subject matter. He is resourceful an offers common sense analogies when needed.
Good Experience
Initially, I was a bit frustrated with your service. One of your tutors had initially indicated she might be available but then was quite remiss in getting back to me on whether she could meet at specific times/dates. It was frustrating and, in my opinion, unprofessional. Ultimately, though, we made contact with another tutor who was much more responsive in terms of coordinating on meeting times/dates. When he visited our home, he quickly assessed my son's needs and worked with him intensely on addressing them. He sent follow-on messages offering recommendations for my son to take up between lessons. My son seemed to develop a good rapport with the tutor and was conscientious about completing assignments between lessons. Overall, we were very pleased and I anticipate we may call on your service and even this particular tutor next academic year.

Great Resource for Finding Tutors
Finding a tutor through WyzAnt was easy. There are many to pick from with a variety of fees. My daughter's tutor, Laurie, is very knowledgable and helpful to my daughter. She is much more confident about retaking the ACT. Laurie was also very willing to meet wherever and whenever worked out best for us. I am very happy with WyzAnt.
Easy to Use
WyzAnt connected me to a Spanish tutor for my son. The tutor answered my initial inquiry quickly and we were able to come to an agreement. WyzAnt's customer service representative was friendly and helpful when taking my payment information.
A very positive experience with WyzAnt
I must say that I was apprehensive at first; however, after the first contact with Michael, I felt at ease. Everything about the experience has been positive. Of course, the best part is that Michael, my son's tutor, has been enormously helpful, and has the ability to make the subject of algebra interesting and fun. He has an exceptional way of utilizing innovative ideas to communicate. Great experience overall!
Great excellent tutor!
My experience with WyzAnt has been wonderful. The tutor search is accurate and honest. I did a not so good experience with 1 tutor and I submitted a review and in less than 24 hours you guys refunded my money and I was indeed a satisfied customer. I would have given up on the site but because you treated like a person, and listened to my concerns, I came back, found a wonderful tutor. I was more prepared this time, to let my tutor know how I wanted my time spent. And so far Ive received wonderful results. Thanks you and as far as I'm concerned you guys deserve!
Excellent Tutors - you cannot go wrong

My daughter has been working with "Ms. Katie" for a few weeks and thus far the results have been very positive. Katie has listened to my educational concerns regarding my daughter, she has researched the public school requirements and is tutoring based on the SOL standards (as we discussed). Katie is thorough in execution of the curriculum outlined for my daughter, and is staying on course while tutoring. Additionally with her background in special education, Katie is a great match for my daughter's needs. Her tutoring is helping my daughter with her math skillset, preparing her for high school and also building her self esteem; all things I believe is giving her self confidence and making her want to achieve higher learning. My daughter looks forward to her weekly tutoring sessions. Katie is an excellent tutor who is well prepared, and truly cares about teaching.

Excellent and easy service!
Wyzant helped me locate a physics tutor. The process of payment was safe and easy. I found that having my tutor while taking an online course was like having a face to face instructor. I was able to pull off a B+ overall. I could not have done that without the tutor.

Tutors, good servce for the price
I selected a tutor close to home, but allowed others to respond. Got 2 hits, one who responded quickly, and who came to my home the next day. She has worked out great. Lots of selection of people with various levels of experience. There is no reason you can't find a tutor to suit your needs. Well worth the money.
Great Tutor Search, Selection and Outcome
We are very happy with the WyzAnt program. We needed an algebra tutor for our 13 yr old 8th grader. Many candidates responded to our initial request; many with professional backgrounds. Our tutor is an experienced, local maths teacher who is prompt, patient, and understands how to teach to a junior high student. We are so fortunate to have found her through the WyzAnt program. The payment system is straight forward; its a good value plus the feed back system for both teacher and parent is excellent. The best part is that our son no longer struggles and is starting to build confidence with math.

I found WyzAnt by searching for tutors over the Internet. I am very pleased I found them. Very, very efficient way to find tutors. Customer support representatives are very professional and cordial. The system as a whole is brilliant, with an easy payment process, way to give feedback after each tutoring session, etc. The tutor I ended up hiring was excellent. I got about a dozen responses within the firs half an hour of placing my inquiry for a Chem tutor and just decided to try one of them and it worked out perfectly well. I would definitely use WyzAnt again.
