Great Tutor
We were using a tutor who was not reliable, so looked for another tutor and we hit the jack pot. What a wonderful person John is, my grand daughter was very pleased, so thank you so much for having this site for the kids who need help to make school a better place.
Great Tutor Search and Selection
My experience has been great! I've been fortunate I found a tutor in our area who has strengths in the areas my kids needed. I very much appreciate his flexibility and his willingness to come to our house to work. My child has said he explains the material well and he has a better understanding of the subjects they've been working in. He's well-rounded and is able to help in all areas including those beyond his listed specialties. My only issue was having to give a payment form before agreeing to work with a tutor. I didn't see the notification, but perhaps I should have seen it. In any case, I wasn't excited about giving my credit card before committing to working with someone although I ended up doing it anyway. Overall experience has been great!
Very helpful tutor
I am grateful that I have found a very helpful tutor. It is wonderful that we do not have to worry about the exchange of money and just concentrate on the lessons. I have found a tutor that lives in the same area so never one of us is required to travel far for our lesson.
Great Tutor Website
Love this website. Found a tutor in my area for the subject I needed. It was for my 16 year old daughter who would be meeting with the tutor without me so knowing I could pick one that had a background check done was comforting. I also like that I can pay through the website.
Very easy process
From the time we found Wyzant until the tutor showed up it was a very simple 1,2,3 process. The tutor has been great and the cost is a lot cheaper than the learning centers in our area. Not to mention that the tutor come right to our home! Thanks for making the tutor process so simple and affordable!
Really impressed with quality of tutors
This was the second time I've used WyzAnt. Both times I have been impressed with the quality of the tutoring and the intelligence of the tutors. You must screen them very well. My son did very well on his 1st Act Test in Math and Science, however, low 20's in English. I called a college recruiter friend and he suggested your services. I can only say impressive!!! Teaching & Tutoring Reinforcement
As a first time user, I found the personnel at WyzAnt knowledgeable and patient in explaining the process. The evaluations by the tutor have been extremely important and reinforces the need to continue the sessions. Todays' haste and excess of information (minutia) in the learning process, which the school curriculum demands, forces students to seek out the help of tutors to reinforce what teachers in the classroom don't have the time to do - review and confirm understanding!

Your website is absolutely EXCELLENT; it listed several tutors in close proximity with background information, rates, and areas of expertise, having this information at my fingertips made it easy for me to narrow down my selections and made me more confident in my final selection, as well as knowing you all are thorough enough to do background checks. I set my payments up through PayPal and it is so convenient to be able to purchase the packages and not have to worry about the payments. Good Tutoring Experience
Although we've only had 3 tutoring sessions, these sessions have proven very helpful. Our tutor is a good tutor and always well prepared. She seems to be able to approach math in a way that is best suited to each students needs. We've had a great experience with WyzAnt.
