Great tutor search!
I just wanted to comment that WyzAnt is a great company. It was easy to use and very informative. I found all types of tutors in all different locations. In person and via Skype. I landed a tutor that is very professional and I feel very comfortable with. I feel like meeting face to face is very personal and that I have gained a great relationship with my tutor and I feel comfortable with her for my success with the NCLEX. I have and will continue to recommend this website to friends and others for all types of tutoring.
Easy to find a great fit!
WyzAnt was very simple to use and provided us with a large variety of tutors from which to choose at a very reasonable cost. We were thrilled with the progress our daughter made after her sessions with Olgha D. our tutor. We would use it again in the future!

Great tutor search and selection
It was great to be able to utilize the WyzAnt database to search for a qualified tutor. My son has had two sessions so far... and so far it seems to be going very well and our tutor is flexible and helpful! I will contribute more about the experience after a few more sessions, but so far it has worked very well - some on-line sessions and some in person - nice to be able to do both!
Easy way to search for qualified tutors
I began using WyzAnt as I searched for a tutor for my 10 y.o. son. He is reading below grade level and I wanted to hire a tutor to help improve his overall reading skills over the summer. What I liked about WyzAnt: - Being able to easily identify tutors who were reading specialists. - Reviews from past clients are always a definite plus and the best references. - Noting whether or not the tutor has had a background check is a great security feature. I was lucky enough to find an experienced reading tutor (with a 5 star rating from all 17 reviewers) right in our area who'd already had a recent background check. Patience was required as my son has ADHD and mild autism. That was one of the "skills" listed on Pam's profile and she definitely scores an A+ for her approach and patience. My son looks forward to his lessons with Ms. Pam. My son and I both feel very fortunate that we were able to make a connection with such a fantastic tutor.
Great tutors and great customer service
After using several tutoring companies, I can honestly say that Wyzant is an exceptional tutoring service. My son is in college and needed help in several subjects for biochemistry. Customer support was always polite and quick to find the best tutor. They would always go the extra step to find the best tutor for your needs. I have found their tutors to be very knowledgeable and willing to help even in short notice. I would highly recommend Wyzant.

Great Resource for Excellent Tutors
I truly love WyzAnt. I was experiencing anxiety trying to find a tutor to help my son with math. I was referred by a friend who had nothing but great things to say. Needless to say, I feel the same way. From the stress free payment process to the weekly updates from his tutor on what is being covered at each session. My son looks forward to his weekly session and is loving math more each day. Definitely 5 star service!!!!

Wow! Could not have asked for better!
It was the end of the semester and my daughter was struggling to finish up in the stats class at OSU. My husband tried to help but wasn't able. The assignments Needed to be completed over the holiday weekend. We were at a loss as to what we should do. So I googled mason Ohio tutors and there it was! We connected to Michelle within a few minutes and had sessions all weekend long, thanks to Michelle! She was totally available to us and or daughter learned more about stats over Memorial weekend than she had the entire semester. She and Michelle are planning to do online tutoring as needed this next school year, thanks to the online option available. Payment is a breeze through the company so it's a non-issue for the student and tutor during sessions. We couldn't ask for a better tutor or overall experience. We are so grateful for Michelle and the connection that we now have. She is devoted to her students and does whatever is needed to bring forth an awesome learning experience.

Very pleasant experience
Harrison and I have been very happy with the whole process of finding a tutor. Steve S. has been A+ the whole time. He set up a plan to attack the huge issue Harrison has before him in order to graduation May 30th. He is very prompt and starts to work immediately upon arrival. I had multiple options for selecting tutors in my area. My first choice for a tutor has been a great learning experience. I needed help in learning Java programming and my selection of Safdar has been the right choice. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me excel in my course.

Easily found I was having a hard time with my accounting class and didn't know anyone who could help, so I googled tutors in my area and WyzAnt was the first one that came up. Fatima was the first accounting tutor that came up and I selected her. She has been very professional, knowledgeable in on the subject matter and just what I need. I needed a special education tutor because I'm not good in math, Fatima has been able to explain the subject to the point of giving me a light bulb moment and I am really getting it. The process of finding a tutor was very easy. The reviews really were helpful, I thoroughly read two handfuls before I made my decision. Communicating via email has been a breeze with my tutor. Also, I have always called Customer Support with any questions and they have answered them with great respect.
The best tutors and easy to use website/billing
My Calculus tutor was amazing!!! I would highly recommend WyzAnt. Payment is easy and links to a credit card so you are charged for the hours used. The tutor came to my home & helped me for 3 hours at a time. I was able to pass a class I otherwise would not have been able to pass! I will gladly use WyzAnt tutoring services again!

Great service
I posted an add looking for a tutor and posted the subject. I got several responses from different tutors within 24 hours offering to help. I selected Josh to help me with my math. All of my sessions have been excellent. He takes the time to make sure I understand the problems. I would recommend this service to anyone looking a tutor.
Easy Payment Option

WyzAnt is a great tool to use if you are looking for a tutor. I was able to call their customer support line and tell them what I was looking for and they emailed me a list of potential tutors. The list helped me get started looking for a tutor. Another great thing is that when I created my profile as a student looking for a tutor, besides the tutors that I had reached out to, the website allows for tutors who I didn't contact to contact me. The Genius Of WyzAnt
This service is a GOD SEND to a parent who is WAY out of her depth when it comes to Calculus 2. It was frustrating trying to get help for my daughter. I called several different tutors that I had located on a bulletin board at our community college. First off, who were they? What was their background? Were they competent or was it a waste of time? 2 weeks into looking, I was discouraged after dealing with- tutors who did not call back, tutors who were unavailable for the times we needed them and some language barriers that might not be a problem, but were hampering the interview. You fly blind when you don't have a referral. WyzAnt gives you everything you need to make the best choices. There's a list of subjects, an educational profile, a geographical radius and the rate you'll pay. One of my favorite things about WyzAnt is the method of payment. There's no awkward moment where I need to write a check at the end of each session. It's a given that our tutor is paid promptly for service rendered because the time is billed to my credit card and a statement appears in my email. Super easy.
