Math Tutor
Happy I found this website because it made my tutor search easy. I will recommend the website with friends and family. The math tutor Pran is very knowledgable in the subject and due to that my son is improving.
Happy with site overall
Easy to find a good tutor, and several choices were available. Easy to contact the tutor and the lessons have been great so far. Fees have been reasonable, especially the tutor's fees, and all my questions have been answered welll.
Satisfactory tutorial experience
I have, through Wyzant, been able to locate a very capable and engaging Italian language tutor. I put in my request and had five tutors respond to me! I am happy with the payment method after the tutorial. I am very pleased thus far.
Great Resource
I decided to look around to see what options I had to assist my daughter with her upcoming SAT/ACT exam and I came across Wyzant. I think this app is Super Wonderful, Easy and Convenient! I like that the tutor reaches out to the parents via secure email and Wyzant takes care of all the financial portion. I love the flexibly of the tutors and prices. All and all I am really pleased with this option so much I plan on utilizing the service for my younger daughter.

Easy to Use Resulting in Great Success
I finally could no longer help my child in German 2! I was at a loss for what to do. I found Wyzant, answered their simple questions, and had plenty of tutors to pick from. I read their bios and reviews and chose one I felt may work out. 3 sessions and it has been just fine, my student is very excited now to work with the tutor and I feel like I am providing the help they need. So many great tutors from which to choose
I found Wyzant by a random Google search for tutors. I was hesitant because I'd used another company for finding a tutor and it had a lot of problems. After looking at the site and checking out the tutors available, decided to give Wyzant a try. I am so pleased with not only the wide selection of tutors available but the fast response of Wyzant to things like notice of billing and charges, follow up "how are things going" and notices of when the tutor has scheduled the next class. Also like the ease in moving around the website-very easy to find what you are looking for and when I had a question that wasn't answered in their FAQs, a rep got back to me within a very short time. Really pleased with Wyzant AND my tutors.

Easy and Safe
I found this site while looking for a Quickbooks tutor online. Within half an hour I had read a tutor's bio and had an appointment within 24 hours. The strength of the "Back-end"
Naturally the work happens where the student and the tutor connect and have a functional relationship (which, happily, I have with my tutor). But there is a entire host of other considerations that go into making it all work smoothly. The transfer of payment, time and date of the next meeting, messaging, lesson plans, even house address/phone numbers, and so on. Wyzant does an excellent job of bundling this all up in an interface that is both effective and easy-to-use. That makes it a tutor/back-end "package" combination. Glad that I found Wyzant and my tutor!

It's been very helpful and affordable
When first searching for a tutor I of course Googled some options. Most of the places I called wanted me to pay for blocks of tutoring time up front. The cheapest being $498 the highest being $2000. I realize that some people can afford that and others might say "I don't care about the price! My kid is worth it." My kid is worth it but that doesn't make money magically appear. That's when I found Wyzant. I took the advice they gave and found 3 different tutors. My son tried them all and found the 2 he likes the best. The ones who truly work with him to understand what's going on. The ones that understand that everyone doesn't learn the same. A lot of us work paycheck to paycheck. Wyzant makes it possible to get quality tutors at an affordable price!
Great Tutor Selection
I am thankful that I was able to find a tutor within a day and start our son's classes in two days. Prior to finding Wyzant I made many phone calls trying to find a tutor and I was not successful. Once I found Wyzant everything was easy to arrange. My son's tutor is great and this is overall a very pleasant experience.
Really positive experience
I was at the end of my rope on how to process my assignments in microsoft office access. My children are busy with their lives, and I so not have anyone in my sphere who could help me. I did an intenet inquiry,and your company popped up. I called customer service explained my situation, and sent emails to many tutors. I chose the one who seemed like the best fit for my circumstances. I wish I did not have to spend additional money to get through this class, however my expereince has been very positive.

I'm in school getting my bachelor's degree. Once I got to the upper level programming classes a couple years ago it got to be pretty tough, and I needed some help outside of class. All of the tutors I had were so knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend this company to any student, it is well worth your money. I have told many people in my classes about Wyzant as well - I wish I had known about it much sooner.

A good experience in Wyzant
That's an easy way for a foreigner's kid to get a quality and fit-in tutoring with a reasonable price. There are quite a lot resources around our stay. The tutor works well with my daughter, she is an exprienced teacher for kids. So far we got a couple of lessons, and helpful.

I have been very impressed with this site. As soon as I typed in the needs we had for a tutor, we were given many choices with the qualifications of each tutor. This was extremely helpful. In very short time, we were able to select the one that best seemed to work for us, and then set up a time to meet. The tutor came to our house, was on time, polite, and extremely helpful. We found our match in that first meeting! Payment is easy, in that we signed up on line. So payment comes directly from our credit card, based on the invoice Wyzant sends us online. This process works well for us. We receive via email the time charged, and a summary of what the tutor and our student worked on. All very helpful. I have been extremely pleased with Wyzant.

I found you by searching for a tutor for an elementary school student who was having trouble learning to read. I just put in the zip code and your company came up. If my granddaughter needs more tutoring I will be using the same tutor. If I can recommend Wyzant to anyone I am thrilled to do just that.
Problem solver!
We had a problem. It was time for a tutor, we needed one face to face - not over the Internet, and the amount of time we had available to invest in finding a tutor was very limited. Your app provided multiple tutors to choose from and gave us lots of helpful information about each tudor, including their background, experience, availability and cost. The app also provided the option to run a background check. It solved our problem! My son is now doing much better in the subject he is being tutored in, he has a great relationship with his tutor and I have piece of mind he is safe.

My expierence thus far with this tutoring site has been excellent. The tutor we selected for our daughters chemistry class is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Even though she has only had 3 sessions with this tutor her grade has already improved. I would recommend this tutoring site.
Invaluable Service
I tried to find Spanish teachers on my own. I thought this would be easy in Southern California, where Spanish is becoming as prevalent as English. I found tutors through the city recreation department and a local university, but my granddaughter needed a real teacher to progress. At first, I was reluctant to use a service like yours, worrying that the teachers would lose too much of their fee. Your services have proved to be invaluable. I would never have found Frank on my own, and I am pleased to add a small fee for Wyzant.

I wish I had discovered this four years ago
My teen's new chem tutor has been a big boon to her performance. Her classroom teacher's explanations are unclear to her. Michael, her tutor, has crystal clear explanations. In just three sessions, she's moving from an F to a C, and I expect her to be an A level student by the end of the semester. Wyzant's process is easy to work with. My teen was able to choose a tutor she thought she could work with. I appreciated that background checks had been run. And payment is a breeze. I had suggested skype based tutors to my teen in the past, but she didn't like the idea of it. I would have saved my teen a lot of heartache -- and me, a lot of "have you got the homework done" -- if I had discovered Wyzant's service at the start of high school.

I was in extreme need of a Thai tutor and had already checked the local universities around me with no success.
