Useful way to find a tutor
I heard about WyzAnt from a friend and found it very user friendly. We were looking for a tutor or tutors for my daughter in three different subjects, and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to specify the subject areas we needed expertise in, how quickly we received responses, and the quality of the tutors we heard from. Although we have had only a couple of tutoring sessions so far, we are very satisfied with WyzAnt and would have no hesitation referring others to their website.
Very Responsive to Questions
I have found WyzAnt good to use. I have had no problems. I was a little wary of providing banking details at first but staff were able to reassure me. I found a tutor that works for me.

I really didn't know how to find a French tutor for my daughter. I did a quick google search and stumbled across WyzAnt. The process was so easy that we had a session scheduled with a tutor in less than a week! The tutor has been fabulous and my daughter already feels more confident.

We are so pleased to have found our tutor to help our girls with Math. They have had some teacher turnover at their school so continuity has been impacted. Locating the right tutor was critical for us and we had some specific requirements we were looking for. Payment: I /we appreciate the payment credit option. Giving a discount is very appealing. Tutor finds a tutor
I'm a language tutor with WyzAnt and have been frustrated with the scarcity of convenient Italian classes in my city. I travel to Italy once a year, and learning Italian has been a labor of love for me. I can't believe it took so long for me think of WyzAnt! When I did, I immediately found a great Italian tutor. Having my own private Italian tutor is a wonderful personal treat that I look forward to every week. I recommend WyzAnt tutoring as a gift to yourself or someone you love!

Good tutor search!
I found myself trying to search for a tutor around my area. Then I found WyzAnt. The search for a tutor was really easy to do. In just seconds, I found 3 tutors that I liked for my son. I emailed them and in the same day I got their responses. We made our choice and in 4 days we had our first meeting! I recommend it!

Great Selection of Tutors To Fit Your Needs
It was very easy to find someone that fit the needs we were looking for. My daughter really likes her tutor and definitely is understanding Algebra II better. Plus our tutor is very nice and can really relate to my daughter. I just wished we had done this much earlier.
Pleasantly Surprised!
I have to say that WyzAnt is a great tutoring service. I hardly do reviews for a company, but I had to submit one for WyzAnt after my amazing experience. In my frantic search for a Chemistry tutor, I stumbled upon this site by doing a web search. At first, I was not sure if the site was legit, but after doing a thorough review, I was comfortable enough to create a profile and include credit card information to get started. The entire process was seamless for me - from creating my account to searching and scheduling time to meet my tutor (who is amazing!) I have to add that their customer service is wonderful too. I called in with some questions about a payment and the young lady was patient in answering my questions and made some suggestions to resolve the issue. My final thoughts? I am pleasantly surprised and happy with WyzAnt.
Great experience
I didn't know where to begin in searching for a tutor for our son, but came across Wyzant. The number of choices and the detail of their biographies was super helpful. Our tutor has been amazing: teaching exactly what we wanted, coming prepared, writing helpful reviews, being prompt, etc. It is nice to have the payments processed separately and know that background checks have been done. A friend of mine referred me to WyzAnt and I am super thankful for it! WyzAnt is an easy way to find great tutors in your area. The system is very easy, especially the payment procedures. We are very happy with the tutor for our son!
Good tutoring sessions
My tutoring experiences have been very helpful so far. I really like both tutors. I have had only two sessions with one tutor and one session with the other tutor so I cannot give a lengthily review at this time. I will comment more when I have had more sessions and have a better idea how the tutoring is going!
Easy and Great Tutor Search and Selection
Using WyzAnt has been very efficient. I found numerous tutors available in our area. I contacted a couple of them and received prompt responses. Setting up initial appointments to check them out was seamless and really made the task stress free. Setting up payment with the site was simple and has worked well thus far. We've been with our tutor for a month now and there have already been improvements in grades and stress/frustration levels. I'm not sure how WyzAnt could make this process much simpler for us parents. Great experience thus far!

Terrific way to find a tutor! Found an excellent tutor to help our 14 yr old son with Algebra using WyzAnt. Improvement on his very first quiz after starting tutor. Payment system is genius! Simple and convenient. I once found a 2 yr old check stuffed in a piano book that my son had forgotten to give to his piano teacher! No worries about that with WyzAnt's clever, organized payment system. We took advantage of a package for extra savings. We are very happy customers! Thanks much!
Tutor in a Hurry
I was taking a college accounting class online, and I was lost. I needed a tutor fast. I Googled tutor and WyzAnt came up. I got on the website, and emailed a couple of tutors and got answers within a day. I am in my last week of my second online accounting class, (and preparing to receive my degree) and I could not have done it without June, my tutor. She is smart, funny, flexible, and she relates topics to life. I never knew tutoring could help so much. This was my first time using a tutor and it was painless. Thank you!

Excellent Thus Far
Thus far the experience has been excellent. Our tutor has been very good and very patient with my daughter. She speaks very highly of him. The experience in finding a tutor was very good. I logged on, explained what I was looking for, and our tutor responded right away. My daughter has three courses currently with struggles in one. We were looking for assistance in the one field and as it turned out that our tutor tutors in all three. In discussion their focus is on the difficult subject, but they will discuss upcoming exams etc in the others. I also has several other tutors contact me, and although we did not utilize them, I was very impressed with their qualifications.
Easy Search and Choice Process
I loved the ability to search the tutors' bios to see what subjects they tutor. It helped to see their pictures so you knew if your child would interact with them well. Once you narrow down your choices it was nice to be able to contact the tutor through WyzAnt to further narrow that choice. You have automated the process so that it doesn't take a lot time but you get the info back and forth to make a decision on each side. Thank you so much! I don't think we would have gotten a better fit anywhere else!

Great tutor search, information, and selection
Thankful to have come across WyzAnt! Appreciate the information on each tutor, their experience, availability, and reviews post each lesson. Our daughter's chemistry tutor is absolutely fantastic. He communicates well with his instruction (both verbally and in post session reviews he sends her). He communicates well with me (the scheduler of sessions) and has been very flexible with switching days and times when needed for an upcoming exam. All in all, we could not be happier with the WyzAnt experience.

I was recommended to try WyzAnt after I shared with a friend that I was looking for an AP Chemistry tutor. I had searched in a number of other outlets with no progress. When I began my search on WyzAnt, I was delighted to see how easy it was to search for tutors that provided tutoring services for specific subjects and wished I had found WyzAnt two years prior when I was looking for a Latin tutor. It was equally easy to connect with the potential tutors and I also valued the tutor recommendations from WyzAnt. I was able to locate a tutor and my daughter has been happy with his tutoring and level of knowledge in the subject matter. The payment process has also been very easy to use. Overall my experience with WyzAnt has been positive, and I would recommend this service.
Tutor Selection, Quality, Ease of Use
I began to search for tutors when our son began to struggle with Algebra 2/Trigonometry and was not getting the help he needed at school. The WyzAnt site was right up-front in the search, easy to use and provides a great selection of tutors, so I gave it a try. The tutor selection was easy, as was setting up payment. Contacting a tutor and scheduling a session was also very easy. Last night, our son finished his third, one-hour session and is very happy with the result and quality/reliability of his tutor. Our son started struggling with math since he entered the fourth grade and thanks to WyzAnt we found the perfect tutor for him. Ms. Sandra B. managed to pin point the problem. She helped him focus on it by showing him tricks and techniques while providing practice work. The results... He made the honor roll! Outstanding Tutor
My daughter has gained a greater understanding in her math lessons and has become more confident. She has improved her class grades and is doing much better in her algebra class. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great tutor for my son for the SATs. I found the WyzAnt site easy to use and there was a large selection of tutors available in my area. Easy Process
The process of lining up a tutor, scheduling lessons, and paying for the training is very easy and secure. I have had two tutors contact me. I'm working with one, but the other is stronger in another area of my interest, and therefore, I may switch at a later date. This allows me to get the best tutoring for the money.

The Wyzant program was tailored to our daughter's needs; the number of qualified tutors applying for the lessons was amazing... and the cost differential compared to other programs offered out there was significant! We were not subjected to buying books we didn't need; and buying increments of hours that didn't fit our schedule. I was a bit skeptical when I first stumbled onto your website, however, now that I've located a tutor for my daughter, I realized how efficient your system is compared to other tutoring services that I've used in the past. I appreciated the detailed bio on each tutor and their areas of specialties to facilitate my selection process. Payment and credit systems were also easy to use and understand. Chosen tutor was quick to respond to my inquiries and detailed in their responses. My daughter has had 3 2hr sessions with her tutor and I can see the increased confidence in my daughter's outlook in the troubled subject. I also like the reminders of upcoming lesson appointments and the detailed review of the previous lessons. This allows me to know and understand how my daughter is being helped by the tutor. All in all, this is a good system to use if you're in search of a tutor. I would recommend to others.

I really like that I receive a follow-up report after each tutoring session. It lets me know how my son is doing and keeps the line of communication open with the tutor. I have recommended WyzAnt to several of my neighbors!

My experience with WyzAnt has been excellent so far. My search for a tutor was easy and I quickly found one in my area.
