Very HAPPY with WyzAnt!!!!!!!
My 13 year old daughter needed a pre-Algebra tutor. Finding a tutor on your website was so easy! I loved that you had a wide variety of tutors! The 3 tutors I selected contacted me in lightning speed and we had a tutor that we LOVE in a week! We are so happy, daughter loves her tutor. As a busy Mom, I love EASY! Very Pleased with WyzAnt and my son's tutor
My son was wrapping up his summer school math course and needed some help over the last week of the class. I did a search for math tutors in my area and WyzAnt was one of the search results. The WyzAnt web site was very helpful and allowed me to rapidly identify a good tutor only ten minutes from our house. Signing up was very easy and in five minutes I had an email out to the tutor. I got a response in a few hours and my son starting working with the tutor the next day. The tutor was flexible with his schedule and a great help to my son. I was very pleased with the support from WyzAnt and will use the service again!!

Easy website, lots of choices, very professional
It was easy to navigate the website and set up an account. There were dozens of potential tutors and enough information for most of them to find a good fit with my son. We found a great tutor who is very knowledgeable and connects with my son. Only 2 sessions so far so cant attest to improved grades yet but the fact that my son asked if the tutor could come back was good enough for me.

Great Statistics Tutor
This is the first time I have ever used a tutor and I am happy that I did. My tutor is the tutor that help me get through my statistics course and I am happy to say that I've passed the class with an A. I had taken the class before and didn't pass and I knew if I didn't get some help I would not being graduating next spring. Just by chance looking on the internet I found WyzAnt and found my tutor. I'm so happy that I luck upon this website and the tutor that I found to be very patient, understanding and very accommodating to my work schedule. This is a great site and I've even told a co-worker about it and he's already schedule tutoring course for his kids to take the SAT's. Thanks to WyzAnt that I found a great tutor that help me pass a class that I knew I wouldn't have been able to do on my own.
Very good experience
I could not find any reliable math tutor and I accidentally find this website and I so happy I did. Our Math tutor is perfect. Punctual, nice and most of all my daughter gets the help she need for precalculus. I highly recommend this website.

Found Great Tutor in My Area Very Quickly
Admitted -- I had my doubts, but I was willing to try because my daughter was struggling and needed a tutor ASAP. I found a great tutor close by, who could come to our house and she has been wonderful. Extremely capable, responsible and communicative. I also had my reservations regarding the whole PayPal process, but that has been a non-issue. I would definitely recommend WyzAnt.

Great tutor search and selection
I used WyzAnt for one son last year when we went to Los Angeles for 14 weeks and I didn't want him to fall behind academically. He was in 6th grade. Now back in Honolulu, I wanted to reinforce math concepts and also help two of my children who struggle to find success in math. They are sophomore and the tutor we have started to work with is really smart, prepared, patient and getting results. We are very happy and will continue to work with him.

So far so good! We have found a great tutor to work with. My son thinks he's the greatest! The company has been very responsive and on top of all aspects of their service. It has been a pleasure doing business with WyzAnt thus far and we plan on sticking with their services throughout the school year.
Easy to use, great tutor
I found a tutor for the subject I needed. I wasn't completely satisfied with my first tutor so I tried another. The second was very helpful and friendly. I like that all the payments are automatically processed and if the tutor waits too long WyzAnt will check in with me to make sure the info is correct. It's a great site, I recommend it. The only thing I dislike is the logo.

I am very pleased with our tutor and with WyzAnt. The process of signing up was simple with no hoops to jump through. The follow up e-mails that are sent from WyzAnt after the tutoring session are also simple and easy and take less than one minute. Satisfaction Guaranteed!
I found WyzAnt through a Google search, so I was a little skeptical but desperate to find an SAT tutor for my daughter. After looking through numerous profiles, I narrowed it down to a few. The first tutor that came to my house was not a good match, I was so disappointed. WyzAnt stood by it's 100% guaranteed policy, and refunded my money for that first tutoring session. The next tutor I found was excellent, we have used her twice so far and I couldn't ask for a better tutor. I am very happy with WyzAnt and will continue to use their services now and in the future if needed.
What's not to like?
WyzAnt tutoring has been one of the easiest things I have worked with... ever. The toughest part of this whole process was finding them, and knowing they even existed.

My son feels he is really gaining alot of knowledge on how to prep for his upcoming ACT. Overall impression
We have had a tutor come three times for geometry help for my son, who is a freshman in high school. The tutor has been prepared and reliable, and she has offered constructive suggestions for approaching the problems, as well as substantive help. I had called customer service before I signed up, and they answered quickly and explained how it all worked well.

WyzAnt Inc has given me the ability to locate an excellent tutor for my granddaughter. I live in Arizona and needed a tutor that could work with my granddaughter in New York. The right choice
I found a few Excel tutors whose prices were well within my price range. Then, there was one tutor who was twice as expensive than the others in my area. I can't say for sure why I picked the most expensive tutor, but in any case, I have to say, I got what I paid for. It was the right choice.

I was apprehensive at first about using WyzAnt, but it has been a great experience so far. My son was struggling in pre-calculus, but with the help of his tutor he received a 95 on a quiz and an 86 on his last test. I would highly recommend WyzAnt to any parent.

Answered all my questions and concerns easily. Helped us pick the best tutor for our son. She is an excellent Tutor and has incredible insight into and relates with Henry on the level he needed. She knows how to motivate a former gang member on his level but taking it to an adult level. Well done and will be certain we recommend her to others. I've searched for two different kinds of tutors on WyzAnt in the past few months, due to the change in semesters. Both experiences were a breeze! There were many potential tutors to choose from, and once I contacted a handful, I heard back from all of them. When we landed on the particular tutors, meetings were set up within the week, and they were fabulous. Great service
This site is easy to use and response time from potential tutors is very fast. Finding tutor who can adapt to personal learning style can be a little more tricky. I have also found that there can be an issue in communicating if the tutor has a strong accent where English might be a second language. Responses from those I have reached out to in my initial requests have varied. Luckily other tutors are quick to respond when the, "have others in the area contact me", box is checked. Overall, this is a great service.

Great description of tutors
It's hard to pick a tutor or learn enough about them before they walk through your front door, but the Wyzant summaries are detailed and spot on! And there are tons of options and lots to choose from. We were looking for a geometry tutor that could connect with our daughter and make geometry fun and not overwhelming or a chore. I found WyzAnt through a search site similar to Google and was impressed by how easy it was to navigate. I was easily able to find tutors based on my criteria, see their prices, location, and education level. I also enjoy the easy way you can contact potential tutors through the WyzAnt site in a safe way, and that you can not contact anyone over the phone without first providing your payment information (for teacher security). I was able to find a great tutor in my price range at WyzAnt and I don't know how I went so long without her! My favorite part of the WyzAnt site would have to be the payment option. I love that I can add credit at my convenience, that WyzAnt will make sure my teacher gets paid, and that WyzAnt also offers discount packages for bulk credit buying. Sometimes it can be hard to keep on a regular paying schedule with your tutor or teacher and the WyzAnt payment page takes all the guesswork out of paying, does not charge any extra tax or fee, and is extremely convenient. Fabulously User-Friendly Site & Wonderful Tutor
I needed to find a German tutor for my daughter and googled "German Tutor" and added the name of the city I live in. WyzAnt popped up, along with a couple of other options. I perused. I was immediately drawn into WyzAnt because of its accessibility and transparency. I quickly found many potential tutors in the area and was able not only to read up on them, and see what each one charged, read reviews on them, but also to contact them directly. After a bit of screening over email/phone, I knew which one I wanted. We set up a meeting and I was so impressed with what a good fit she was for my daughter's personality and learning needs. I love that I get a summary of the lesson each week. And not only that, but the way WyzAnt is set up to deal with payment makes it so utterly uncomplicated. I don't know when I've had something fall into place with such ease. It's like Angie's List for tutors, only better!

I wish I had discovered WyzAnt years ago. The entire process is straightforward and quick to access. It is great being able to choose from a selection of tutors that fit all the criteria we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with whom we chose. My children look forward to their tutor coming. I had a great experience with the WyzAnt site. It's very easy to search for tutors in your local area, and the tutor information gives you an idea of what the tutor is like, their teaching style, etc. I really needed help with chemistry and found more than one tutor. Both are excellent, patient, and have helped me a lot already. The payment system is easy to use and I like the option to either pay as you go, or buy sessions in bulk and receive a discount. No money is exchanged when tutoring takes place which takes the awkward part out of it. Very happy with WyzAnt so far.
