WyzAnt does everything possible to ensure a good experience.
I thought that the WyzAnt folks did a great job of staying in touch with me. They monitored my contacts with prospective tutors and followed up with them if the tutors did not respond to my inquiries within the specified time. I received a telephone call after my first session with my tutor to see if I had any questions or concerns. After each lesson, I received a summary of what we had covered in the lesson and a request for me to give the lesson a rating. I did have one concern with one of the tutors, which may have been miscommunication between me and the tutor, but WyzAnt resolved the situation quickly when I brought it to their attention. At the end of my tutoring, I had a balance remaining on my account, and they arranged for a refund without delay. I would not hesitate to recommend WyzAnt's service.

This is a great resource!!! My son really enjoys the tutoring and does not complain that he has to go. Our tutor makes math easy for him to understand. I look forward to see how the summer tutoring helps him in math in high school. And having this resource really gives me peace of mind that he can have tutoring to help him throughout the school year if needed.
Don't Waste Your Time Searching Anywhere Else For Tutors!
Having never tried to find a tutor, we obtained a business card in the classroom of the college for my daughter. The price to be charged was very expensive, and we were worried about the communication skills of the tutor, so we kept looking. We used another "local" website and waited days and days and never got responses. We put an inquiry into WyzAnt and within minutes, were contacted by one tutor. Within 24 hours, we had almost 10 responses. We are so pleased with the quality and quantity of the tutors, the flexibility of price ranges, and the willingness of the tutors to help the student to achieve success. If one tutor does not "fit", try another and another if needed. They are out there and WyzAnt has the best of the best. Thank you.
Very Satisfied with WyzAnt
WyzAnt has made the search for a good tutor super easy. There are plenty of tutors to choose from and each tutor has a detailed profile to help you make a selection. My son's tutor responds promptly to emails and is very experienced. Payment is super easy online and the online account lists out clearly the date and fee for each lesson. Moreover, tutors leave a brief message about what has been covered in each session so parents can be informed. Love WyzAnt, excellent service.

This was the second online site I tried. The tutors from the first site never responded to my inquires. Once I completed my request I was contacted the next day and my niece was meeting with her tutor that week. She had 4 sessions that really helped. I would recommend this service and will use it again if needed!
Great Tutor Search and Selection
I am very pleased to have found WyzAnt because my daughter needed that one on one help on her algebra II and finding out that I could see a picture of the person I wanted to pick made us felt more comfortable. Her classes have been rewarding because she has improved and understands math better. And as far as paying for the the classes and keeping track of how many hours are left and knowing that whatever unused hours will be refunded it is great! Overall my family and I are very happy with Wyzant!!!! Thank you.
