Teaching & Tutoring Reinforcement
As a first time user, I found the personnel at WyzAnt knowledgeable and patient in explaining the process. The evaluations by the tutor have been extremely important and reinforces the need to continue the sessions. Todays' haste and excess of information (minutia) in the learning process, which the school curriculum demands, forces students to seek out the help of tutors to reinforce what teachers in the classroom don't have the time to do - review and confirm understanding!
WONDERFUL Web Site
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, is all I can say! I found a tutor for my daughter last year by word of mouth and what a HUGE disappointment and disaster that turned out to be especially for my daughter. This year I used a search engine to search for tutors in my area and discovered your site. Your website is absolutely EXCELLENT; it listed several tutors in close proximity with background information, rates, and areas of expertise, having this information at my fingertips made it easy for me to narrow down my selections and made me more confident in my final selection, as well as knowing you all are thorough enough to do background checks. I set my payments up through PayPal and it is so convenient to be able to purchase the packages and not have to worry about the payments. I'm sure the other tutors are wonderful but our final selection was the perfect one for us, we would not have been able to make such a match without all of the information available on your website and also with the help of your customer support team. You all are truly WyzAntz!
Good Tutoring Experience
Although we've only had 3 tutoring sessions, these sessions have proven very helpful. Our tutor is a good tutor and always well prepared. She seems to be able to approach math in a way that is best suited to each students needs. We've had a great experience with WyzAnt.

I have had an excellent experience with WyzAnt. My tutor is very professional and she has a nice rapport with my daughter. I find the payment process a breeze. The automatic deduction is simple and I do not have to worry about paying another bill. I have found this whole experience quite pleasant and I will definitely refer my friends to WyzAnt.

I have found great success in finding a local, experienced, and friendly tutor using WyzAnt. Motoko is really passionate about teaching my nine year old Japanese. They hit it off right away. The payments are very reasonable and very convenient. I always get a receipt and a rating scale for each specific lesson.

Easy to find Tutor
I was skeptical of finding a tutor online without knowing anything about the person, but we have found great success with our tutor from WyzAnt! Our tutor has been knowledgeable and friendly to both me and my daughter. Not only does he know what his biography says he does, he knows more! So far my daughter's homework hasn't stumped him, and he has really helped her catch up and stay up-to-date with homework and other projects. Thanks for the help in finding a great tutor! Only drawback is the account access to find balance and purchase more time with tutor is not as easy as it could be.

As for payment options, you are given a variety of options here too. Actually, the website is so easy to go through, it really explains how everything works from A-Z! If all else fails and the website can't answer someone's question...there is a phone number for you to call if you are the type of person that needs to have your questions answered by a person. I have been thrilled with the quality tutors you seem to have and especially the one who has helped my daughter go from failing Algebra 2 to having high 90's in a matter of 2 weeks. I had searched for tutors on other sites, but when I found WyzAnt my search was over. I have used two WyzAnt tutors and they both were excellent and very knowledgeable in their respective subjects. I definitely plan to continue to use WyzAnt for my tutoring needs.

Impressive Tutors
I am impressed with the tutors we are using. I found both tutors to be very knowledgeable and well versed in the areas they tutor. I have teenagers and they both have been impressed with the help they are getting. I will use both people throughout the year on a regular basis.
Finding a tutor made easy!
WyzAnt made our search for a tutor so much easier than I could have imagined. Within a few days of starting my search I had several emails from prospective tutors. I was able to email and meet my son's tutor within a few days and he was getting the help he needed the next week. I gained peace of mind knowing the tutors available through WyzAnt are certified and that I could order a background check if desired. It has been a week and half and I am already seeing progress.
Help with advanced math
Nice job! I was leery about finding a tutor for advanced math. The tutors that WyzAnt suggested definitely know a bunch about math and they are also good communicators, able to pass on that knowledge. Thanks WyzAnt for making that connection!
Search and Selection/Great Tutor
I found searched for WyzAnt on Google and found WyzAnt because I wanted to get help for my daughter who was failing math the first two weeks into school. I used your search tool and found a tutor right away that met my needs. I loved the background check, that made me feel secure since one of the requirements I had was that the tutor be able to come to my home. The tutor has been GREAT! My daughter has already raised her grade from an 18% to a 76% in math and she absolutely loves having lessons with her tutor. Love doing math, did I just say that about MY daughter? Thanks WyzAnt and thanks to the wonderful tutor I found there.
