Helpful customer support
The site is very professional, easy to navigate and gives enough choices. What I like most though, is that there is no payment at the time of the lesson, as it is handled ahead of time (the customer service was friendly and informative in that area.) It is much easier to concentrate on the lesson than have to think about the "money". Also, a review of what is taught is submitted after the lesson and that is very helpful to track one's progression. Overall, a very functional and pleasant experience.
Great service & found the perfect tutor!
After shopping around at several brick & mortar tutoring centers, I stumbled upon this website. I was able to immediately find a tutor to help my daughter in Algebra and we have just been so pleased. She has made the highest scores in her class after barely passing the class last year!

Easy to find Qualified Tutors
I stumbled upon this site and was wondering if it would work for me. It is easy, user friendly and more importantly provides the qualified Tutors needed in many subjects. They obtain qualified and easy to reach educators in many subjects. I highly recommend using WyzAnt tutoring to help your child. I wish this service was around when my other children were younger. Tutor search
Using Wyzant was very easy. It was our first experience with a tutoring service. We were able to view profiles easily and all the tutors we checked into contacted us promptly. My daughter and I were extremely happy with the tutor we chose. Her personality and teaching style meshed perfectly with my daughter. The tutor went above and beyond and emailed my daughter extra lessons etc. My daughter was able to easily bring up her grade from D to A. I would not hesitate to use Wyzant again and our tutor is outstanding.
Easiest tutoring site I have found yet!

Great platform & service
Especially the rating system, the yelp-like (and Amazon-like) platform for education, it makes our experience in searching for tutor smooth and confident. I wish I had known your existence earlier. I have tried to go to yelp to find tutors, but they are not specialized in education.

We were using a tutor who was not reliable, so looked for another tutor and we hit the jack pot. What a wonderful person John is, my grand daughter was very pleased, so thank you so much for having this site for the kids who need help to make school a better place.
Great Tutor Search and Selection
My experience has been great! I've been fortunate I found a tutor in our area who has strengths in the areas my kids needed. I very much appreciate his flexibility and his willingness to come to our house to work. My child has said he explains the material well and he has a better understanding of the subjects they've been working in. He's well-rounded and is able to help in all areas including those beyond his listed specialties. My only issue was having to give a payment form before agreeing to work with a tutor. I didn't see the notification, but perhaps I should have seen it. In any case, I wasn't excited about giving my credit card before committing to working with someone although I ended up doing it anyway. Overall experience has been great!
Very helpful tutor
I am grateful that I have found a very helpful tutor. It is wonderful that we do not have to worry about the exchange of money and just concentrate on the lessons. I have found a tutor that lives in the same area so never one of us is required to travel far for our lesson.
Great Tutor Website
Love this website. Found a tutor in my area for the subject I needed. It was for my 16 year old daughter who would be meeting with the tutor without me so knowing I could pick one that had a background check done was comforting. I also like that I can pay through the website.
Very easy process
From the time we found Wyzant until the tutor showed up it was a very simple 1,2,3 process. The tutor has been great and the cost is a lot cheaper than the learning centers in our area. Not to mention that the tutor come right to our home! Thanks for making the tutor process so simple and affordable!
Really impressed with quality of tutors
This was the second time I've used WyzAnt. Both times I have been impressed with the quality of the tutoring and the intelligence of the tutors. You must screen them very well. I had a great experience with the tutor. She taught me new skills in Microsoft Word She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I would use WyzAnt and my tutor again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

My son did very well on his 1st Act Test in Math and Science, however, low 20's in English. I called a college recruiter friend and he suggested your services. I can only say impressive!!! The list local tutors you provided for his needs were very professional and our final choice to work with him was a perfect match. She explained what was to be expected and worked toward that goal.
