Easy to Navigate and Use Website
This has been a great experience using WyzAnt to help me find a tutor for my daughter who has been struggling in AP World History. The search engine within WyzAnt enabled me to find an assortment of tutors available using my search criteria and had a wealth of information on each tutor, their availability, location and price. This helped me to choose who I wanted and the platform used to contact and continue communication with the tutor was great! Aside from ease of use of the website, my daughter and I have been very pleased with the tutor who has been courteous, helpful, and keeps in communication with me. The ease of PayPal is also convenient and I always get a summary of the session and how much the session cost.

I was skeptical at first that an online business could provide the level of quality and service needed for one-on-one tutoring. But I have been very impressed and pleased so far. A wide selection of tutors (which is good, because all learners have different learning styles), and an excellent system to meet and greet, and then select the tutor that best fits your situation, personality, environment, etc. Payment is swift, efficient and easy; good for everyone. And the tutoring, guidance, and learning being provided so far is very good and an excellent fit. Thank you - and bravo!
A wonderful service for the community
I am retired and recently moved to Austin from Virginia. I had enjoyed studying French for a number of years, WHEN I could find a tutor and WHEN the hourly rates were not ridiculously expensive. I finally gave it up when my last tutor raised her rates to $90/hr per person for simply leading a conversation group of 4, with mixed levels of fluency -- some could converse, some could not. Seriously, who makes $360 an hour for that kind of work? It was a pleasure to locate WyzAnt so easily (using Google) and to have my choice of tutor profiles and rates. As it happens, the first tutor I chose was perfect for me, but I could have tried others if it had not worked out so well. She is a native of France, with a classic accent, comes to my apartment for my lessons (I don't drive), and gives me interesting exercises to help me practice between lessons. Thank you, WyzAnt.
Easy to use and helpful
Quite a good resource to find a tutor for my son. The ease of use and ease of payment is also worth mentioning.

It was easy to find a tutor for our son. Everyone gets back in such a timely manner. I love that my son's tutor comes to our home and then later on that evening, I receive a summary of what they went over and my account has been charged. It is extremely easy! My son loves having the one-on-one support with his tutor. He makes it so easy for my son to understand!

I have had a great experience thus far with WyzAnt. I was able to find a wonderful and caring tutor for our son who has already helped him a great deal. Prior to this, I was unfamiliar with online tutoring and so it was our first experience. It has worked out very well for us.
