Efficient and Effective Website
WyzAnt is a great tool to use if you are looking for a tutor. I was able to call their customer support line and tell them what I was looking for and they emailed me a list of potential tutors. The list helped me get started looking for a tutor. Another great thing is that when I created my profile as a student looking for a tutor, besides the tutors that I had reached out to, the website allows for tutors who I didn't contact to contact me. I ended up finding my tutor this way; because she contacted me. I also really appreciate that they email me a receipt after every lesson that I pay for. WyzAnt is truly a great website for anyone looking for a tutor or for a tutor who is looking for students.

The Genius Of WyzAnt
This service is a GOD SEND to a parent who is WAY out of her depth when it comes to Calculus 2. It was frustrating trying to get help for my daughter. I called several different tutors that I had located on a bulletin board at our community college. First off, who were they? What was their background? Were they competent or was it a waste of time? 2 weeks into looking, I was discouraged after dealing with- tutors who did not call back, tutors who were unavailable for the times we needed them and some language barriers that might not be a problem, but were hampering the interview. You fly blind when you don't have a referral. WyzAnt gives you everything you need to make the best choices. There's a list of subjects, an educational profile, a geographical radius and the rate you'll pay. One of my favorite things about WyzAnt is the method of payment. There's no awkward moment where I need to write a check at the end of each session. It's a given that our tutor is paid promptly for service rendered because the time is billed to my credit card and a statement appears in my email. Super easy.
Great Tutor Search and Selection
WyzAnt provides a wide range of tutor selections as well as great details of each tutor which I found very helpful in evaluating tutors for my son. Overall experience of using the website is impressive—easy communication with my tutor, transparency of charges and scheduling. Like the Tutor's Review email after each lesson.

Great Tutor and very patient
I would like to say that I definitely found the right website. I am 30 years removed from High School and with the help of my tutor Monica, she most definitely is putting my fears of Algebra to rest. I have a lot of questions to ask of her and she has been very patient with me as well as trying to put me on the right path to conquering this subject. I really appreciate the website and its ease of use. I had no problem finding many tutors to choose from. I hope more people find this website as I will recommend it.
Great service and selection
You were exactly what we were looking for and needed to help our son with his math class. I am glad to see that if he has problems in any other subjects I can find great tutors here as well.
