Great Tutors
My daughter was really so happy that she got her tutor, she taught her a lot of things and she thinks she's great! Your website is really good its easy to find the right tutor and convenient way of paying. I've been using WyzAnt tutors since my daughter was in sophomore year, thank you.

Helpful customer support reps
My experience using wyzant was interesting. The customer support reps helped me find a tutor. Several tutors replied me and I eventually got a tutor. However, I would recommend that the tutors should be reviewed from time to time in their areas of specialization so that they would be aware of recent changes to some of these exams. I like the way lessons are paid for. My overall impression about wyzant is good and I would recommend it to anybody.

Very Efficient Experience
I must admit, that at first, I was a skeptical and cautious. I mean, finding at site, WyzAnt, online through a "Google Search" I was naturally concerned that it would be a rip-off website with no substance. I must tell you, I'm very pleased with the results. Finding a good tutor, local to my area, who REALLY knows his/her subject matter for my son, was very easy. Knowing that Wyzant performs a background check on your tutors certainly eased many of my concerns. Communicating with and scheduling convenient appointments with my tutor is very easy. And, of course, the price/hr doesn't "Break the Bank". Good Job, WyzAnt !!

It was so easy!
I was really stuck on where to send my son for tutoring. I am a single mom with a long commute, and I couldn't figure out how to get him there and back. In-home tutoring is a great solution for my high school son. The tutor I found is knowledgeable and very flexible. I am very pleased with the service and convenience.

Fantastic experience & an even better Tutor
I can't thank you enough. I truly enjoyed the tutoring experience. I am a 50 yr old gentleman that needed tutoring in Hebrew for my daughter's upcoming Bat Mitzvah. My tutor - Les C was fantastic. He helped me learn what I needed and even went out of his way to provide me additional learning tools. The whole WyzAnt experience from start to finish has been seamless, smooth and very professional. I will use you again in the very near future.

Eventually found the right dependable tutor for our daughter after a couple misses. It's nice that there are a number of good tutors to choose from at WyzAnt with the flexibility that is needed for her schedule.

My tutor was a great person and a great help. I was so lost in my class and he helped me so much that I was able to do most of my final project myself. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to complete the class, but I am completing it and I am so grateful. I also received replies from other reputable teachers. Great tutor search
I was extremely skeptical looking for a tutor on line, without having personal introduction or reference. I was very apprehensive about having a stranger walk into my house to work with my child! However, I am truly amazed at how professional the tutors are, how quick the response has been and how easy the whole process turned out to be. We've used two tutors. The first was very reasonably priced but wasn't the best fit, so we were not charged for the session. The second tutor is very reasonably priced and is a GREAT fit, so we're sticking with her. And Wyzant's customer service team is top-notch. This has been a great experience from the get-go. What I liked first upon entering the WyzAnt website was that I could pick the area of interest so easily. There was a large range of tutors to choose from and the pictures were a big help. The detailed listings of their expertise was very helpful in choosing. I especially like the feature where payment is done electronically.

The website was very easy to use. Once I put in my search criteria, I had many tutors respond and we were able to pick the one that best fit our needs. Variety of tutors to choose from
Very helpful sight in finding a tutor. Ability to sort by location or school subject. Also, if you are on a tight budget, as we are, you can see tutors available at their hourly rate. Unfortunately, the first 5 tutors I had chosen based on their background and subject knowledge, were not available and most of them got back to me letting me know in a timely manner. We have ended up with a tutor that is a tad higher in price than we were expecting, but she is wonderful and helping my daughter with her 9th grade geometry. It is definitely worth it, and effective. We have been meeting once a week at the local library, and this week will meet twice as my daughter has a test on Friday. Our tutor was able to accommodate us for a Thursday night meeting in preparation for Friday's test. I am satisfied with our tutor and how she has helped my daughter learn and gain confidence in her Geometry class.
Easy To Find An Excellent Korean Tutor!
WyzAnt made the search process so easy to find a Korean tutor for my son in our area. His tutor is not only accomplished in her field of study but is an absolute pleasure. We are very fortunate to have this service furnished through WyzAnt.
Excellent Program
After several long weeks of struggling with Algebra II, and grades that were falling below honor roll level, I looked into programs like Kumon,Sylvan and Kaplan. However, they were all cookie cutter type programs that required student assessment. However, the assessment was obvious, we needed to get a tutor to help with Algebra...nothing more. In addition, the cost of these programs and the overall time commitment were more than we thought were necessary. The next course of action was to search the internet and by simply putting in "Tutors" and our geographical region and were fortunate to have the website for WyzAnt pop up. There we found of host of resources that were able to support what was needed. A tutor. The other great thing is that tutor are subject specific and the courses range from all academic subjects, to more elective type project like music (both reading music and playing an instrument)to others who can help students with study skills, time management and test taking techniques. We have had great success with WyzAnt. The program provides a host of great tutors, who provide profiles and come from a wide geographic range. The tutor we have selected has proven to make a difference with our child's progress and they work very closely with during instructional periods. The one on one relationship gives students the added attention they may need, until they grasp the missing links and can connect with the subject. We feel assured that over the next month, grades will improve and the overall math average return to the top 10% of the class. I highly recommend this service! Wenrojo
