Extremely Helpful!
I was in desperate need of an AutoCAD tutor and stumbled upon Wyzant. After going through several tutor's profiles, I found THE BEST one. Tamera M. is not only rad but was extremely helpful. The process is so seamless and I recommend it to anyone in need of a tutor. I will definitely continue using their services. Thanks Wyzant!
Excellent one-on-one tutoring experience!
We could not have asked for a better tutoring experience! Steve F. responded to my request very quickly (and on a holiday weekend). He was very knowledgeable, well prepared and patient. He immediately put my teenage daughter as ease when working one-on-one with him and helped her fully understand the chemistry concepts she had been struggling with for a few weeks. We highly recommend Steve for high school chemistry tutoring and will absolutely reach out to him again should my daughter need further assistance. Big shout out to Wyzant as a whole, as well. The website and entire process was very easy to navigate with many choices of tutors and immediate help!

Really helpful with SAT tutoring.
I liked that you could search tutors and see show many hours they had tutored in specific subjects. We found a great tutor for my son for the SAT. She was easy to set up lessons with and very good at giving him specific things to work on. She used the lesson time effectively. My son’s score went up 100 points. I am very happy to have found this site.
Great Experience
I had an outstanding clarinet teacher who had recently obtained a Ph.D. in music. He was talented, sensitive and amiable. I made more progress at age 73 in under 6 months then I anticipated possible. The internet worked well.

Two years ago my son was struggling with 9th grade math. He was feeling incompetent and unsure of his potential. Miss Tracy helped him bring his grade up to an A, she explained math in multiple ways to help his understanding, and she still after 2 years continues to effectively support and nurture his learning. My son is now a confident math student and we are thrilled with his progress, his confidence, and our friendly relationship with Miss Tracy.
Many tutors to choose from
There were such a large response once we typed in our subject, price range and location. The two tutors, Mica and Dianne, did a good job in explaining the subject matter to my daughter as well as showing her shortcuts to use with her Statistics calculator!!
Great learning program

Seamless Online 1-on- 1 Learning Experience
I am doing chemistry tutoring online with Nulie O. So far my experience has been great. I have learned a lot that has helped me review for my AP Chem class next year. My tutor is very helpful and clear. My preference is in person tutoring but other than that it has been great!
The best choice when finding a tutor
I have used 3 different tutors from Wyzant and like the fact that I can pick the tutor that best suits my needs. I also like the fact that the payment is done through Wyzant; avoiding any possible payment problems. I would choose Wyzant again!

Found a great tutor
It didn't take long to find a terrific tutor that I'm seeing every week now. I'm finally getting the help I needed with my German. I found someone who could meet with me in person and knows what to do for someone who isn't a beginner.
Great Tutoring sessions for my son
My son was going into the fourth grade this coming school year and I felt that he was not where he should be in reading comprehension. I was lucky enough to find your website and then find Edith. Three Lesson Learner
I have not needed much help from instructors, mentors, teachers, or tutors over my lifetime but I was in a course that just, frankly, had me super-upside down and confused. A friend suggested Wyzant. After I figured out how to work their website (everyone's is different and have their own ways) and I got over some technical issues I had on my end, I met a tutor who spent three evenings in a row for a total of five and a half hours and bang, I got it, passed the final test with a lot of room to spare. If you and the tutor can mesh, then this is the place to turn!
Online 1-on-1 Learning Experience
I had to refresh the page after making changes and for me to view the instructor. The program was user-friendly and I was able to view in real-time what my instructor was doing.
