Amazing English tutor
We signed up for Wyzant so that my niece would be able to take English lessons online and we got the most amazing tutor we could have asked for. The tutor Katherine is absolutely amazing and my niece loves her. She is so friendly and sweet, yet so professional and has so much patience, that we couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find her from the first try. I have read her reviews and she seemed like the best choice to help my niece study English as a second language. I have to say she exceeded our expectations by far. She makes the lessons so much fun and has a way of interacting with the kids that she actually motivates them to learn even more. We absolutely love her, we don’t have enough words to say what a positive experience she had turned this into. We could not recommend her enough. She is AMAZING! Thank you, Katherine, Patricia loves you. As far as the platform goes, it is user friendly so we were happy to have discovered this website.
Very Well-Designed Platform
The search functions, tutoring windows, messaging features, and payment are all very well-integrated and well-designed. It was very easy to find someone who matched my topic and set up an appointment with them. I had no lag time in my video conference and was able to learn my topic with no interruptions. I didn't have to learn complicated systems. It was all very seamless.
Barry D - very helpful tutor
Barry D was an awesome tutor. WYZANT is way better than teaching in some high schools. My son failed the ASVAB test and Barry found his weakness and worked with my son. From scoring only a 18 and 21 the last few times after Tutoring with Barry only 4 sessions my son jumped to a 46. This was only within a week of tutoring. I recommend you all to use WYZANT tutor - they have knowledgeable experts in tutoring and take the time to know your weaknesses. Thank You WYZANT And Thank you BARRY D.! Amazing Tutors
I am always in a crunch for time with school work as a working mom. I can always rely on the wonderful tutors at Wyzant to help me with my writing assignments. Especially Kaylena, she is the best tutor. Kaylena gives me helpful tips and is patient with me. Thank you for the academic support.
Easy to schedule
It was very easy to find a good tutor and schedule lessons online. Was very helpful. My daughter was looking for a Latin teacher and it was so easy to find one on this site.

Building confidence
My daughter is working with Dawn, a tutor from Wyzant, to review before she starts Algebra 2. In the 2 weeks she has had tutoring she has really built her confidence up about what she remembers and is looking forward to Algebra 2!!
Wyzant is keeping me afloat this term

Helpful Experience
I really enjoy working with my tutor! He is helpful and willing to support me in any way that is possible. He's helped me to understanding Accounting more and in a way that is not just procedural but also conceptual.

Seamless Online 1-on-1 Learning Experience
I started using this platform during my Epidemiology course for my MPH at the George Washington University because as students, we received 5 sessions to access a tutor. Recommended to me by a former classmate, I began meeting with my tutor and started to feel so comfortable and more confident in the materials, and my quiz scores began reflecting that. After the 5 sessions were over, I continued then to use Wyzant services, because I saw and continue to see improvements in my comprehension of the material, and now in Biostatistics and have been very grateful for both my tutor, Anita and this service. Highly recommended for students who need extra guidance and support in some of the more challenging courses!
Excellent experience
I have use a Wyzant tutor three times and I am a very satisfied customer. Log in is very easy and accessible. There is plenty of tutor to choose from. My son needed help with Applied Calculus and he just got a 90 on his first test. Thank you. Rachel is the best.
So many to choose from!
My daughter has been struggling with school work and I wish I knew about Wyzant earlier. Not everyone is rich where they can afford $40 or $50 each time, so I like the fact there are people out there that are very smart and can help her to get better grades and feel better about herself. Now with $15 dollars per hour, I can have her go 2 or 3 times a week.
Easy Scheduling with Amazing Tutors
The initial process of setting up our daughters sessions and finding a tutor worked out wonderfully! Our tutor is extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter and very patient. I’m very happy that we found Wyzant!
Our tutor is more like Family
We have had the same tutor for two years. We started with Wyzant during Covid. We were blessed to have selected a tutor that has followed my daughter through her math courses in highschool. Even though we live miles apart, it is more like he is family. My daughter doesn't want anyone else to assist her. She feels very comfortable in his ability, and she can call him up anytime that she needs assistance. Her understanding in mathematical equations has increased, and she is now an A student in math.
My experience with Wyzant is excellent.
Wyzant is an excellent online tutoring site for college students such as myself who need help in various areas of subjects. I am currently working with Hunter L. who is an excellent math tutor. I highly recommend Hunter if anybody ever needs help in math tutoring. On a scale from 1-4 I give him a 4 star rating.

The current tutor teaching me is a professional teacher at a local school I like him and his teaching style so far.
