Wyzant has a great choice of many great people with different backgrounds to choose from all within a reasonable distance from where you are. They also have a lot of resources to study whatever you need help with.
Great Tutor Search
I had heard of WyzAnt through a friend and it proved to be everything she said it was. I quickly found several choices for the specific subject I was looking for and found the reviews to be very helpful in making my selection. Ultimately, I found a great tutor for my son the first time. The payment setup is great because it just simplifies the whole process. I am not running around my house looking for cash to pay a tutor. It's all taken care of in advance and It is also nice to get the volume discounts. All in all, I have been very satisfied with my WyzaAnt experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Choosing the Perfect Tutor Was Easy!
I'm overwhelmed at the exceptional experience I've had from start to finish with WyzAnt! Choosing the perfect tutor was easy! The website is easy to navigate and I love the option of buying packages of tutoring credit at a discount. I've recommended it highly to several people, two parents and one adult studying for a college nursing exam.
Simple. Friendly. Helpful
My son struggles with learning blocks as a result of Autism. Finding tutors normally presents challenges for me. Recently I Google searched "math tutors for autistic kids in Philadelphia" and WyzAnt appeared. From the first trip to the site, my experience has been nothing but positive. The site is very easy to use. By selecting and typing in a few guidelines and filters, my list of matching tutors all included those who were experienced with children with Autism. I am happy with our experience and most importantly, my son is happy. I highly recommend WyzAnt and absolutely will use WyzAnt in the future for any tutoring needs for all of my children.
Excellent tutor and a very easy system
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with WyzAnt and my tutor Anna. The system is very easy to use; I had no trouble finding Anna, and now that we have scheduled sessions, I have found it very easy to set up further appointments, communicate with her, and arrange payment.
Great Tutor Search
Our experience with finding a tutor started off with the first tutor cancelling after we took the time to meet him and schedule the first lesson. He contacted me and said he had to cancel due to a "Family emergency." Fortunately, your company had sent us another name before I notified you that we didn't need any more applicants thinking we had found one. Being so late into the school year I was afraid it would be difficult to find another tutor that would fit into my son's schedule with his school/sports schedule. I contacted Cody B. and he came to the rescue. Cody has been wonderful tutoring my son and being able to fit into our schedule. We are very pleased with his method of teaching, communication and scheduling. I also like the discount on your package plans. Always a good thing to be able to save a little money. Glad we found WyzAnt. Highly recommend WyzAnt!
Overall great experience!
I have already recommended WyzAnt to friends. The search for a tutor was very easy with plenty of information provided for each tutor. The website, customer service, billing and most importantly, our tutor, is wonderful.
Useful way to find a tutor
I heard about WyzAnt from a friend and found it very user friendly. We were looking for a tutor or tutors for my daughter in three different subjects, and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to specify the subject areas we needed expertise in, how quickly we received responses, and the quality of the tutors we heard from. Although we have had only a couple of tutoring sessions so far, we are very satisfied with WyzAnt and would have no hesitation referring others to their website.
Very Responsive to Questions
I have found WyzAnt good to use. I have had no problems. I was a little wary of providing banking details at first but staff were able to reassure me. I found a tutor that works for me.

I am so grateful I found this site. My tutor has helped me see I can do it with just a little help. She is on time and professional, stays on point, and really has the knowledge to keep me motivated. I was blocked, and she worked me through me. I just submitted my first essay and could not have done it without her. Thank you WyzAnt.

I have had an excellent experience with Wyzant. I had several tutors with great credentials to choose from. There were several payment options and packages. Overall it had worked out very well and I would recommend this service.
Great tutor search and selection
Christopher W. has been the best tutor we have selected yet! He truly shows an interest in helping my son prepare for the ACT test coming up. In our first meeting he kept my son totally interested. We are looking forward to working with Christopher this coming week again!

Great tutor
We are very happy with WyzAnt. Wasn't sure of where to find a tutor, but this program is very helpful. The tutor is improving my child's grade.
