Great resource for tutors
My experience with WyzAnt has been excellent. Our family just moved to a new area and our daughter needed some extra reading assistance. Since we had no connections and it was summertime, I was worried that finding a good tutor would be difficult. With WyzAnt, I had an excellent tutor lined up immediately and we have been very impressed with her level of experience and skills. I would highly recommend WyzAnt as a resource.

My daughter's first tutor (that I got off of Craigslist) unexpectedly quit after 3 weeks near the beginning of the school year. I was unsuccessful in my search for another through that web site, so I called a couple of tutoring agencies. A representative from one agency responded, but their fees were more than I could afford. That representative suggested a website that she as being a "Craigslist for tutors." I went to WyzAnt.com, read what they are about and how their service works. I liked the payment options, how they allowed me to choose a tutor. I liked that they allowed me to put a potential tutor through a vetting process. I liked being able to communicate with the tutor. I like being able to choose a tutor according to my budget. I like WyzAnt.com for their satisfaction guarantee or you don't pay for the first hour. My daughter and I love her new tutor, Alec G. I just wish that I knew about WyzAnt.com at the beginning of the school year. I may go back to WyzAnt to find a tutor for my son. There are so many tutors for just about every need, for every budget. I'm a happy mom.

Fantastic site!
I discovered WyzAnt on Google in a desperate search for a tutor for my 11th grade daughter. The site was very easy to use and I was able to read about the tutors without joining anything. It wasn't until we actually made a plan with a tutor that I signed up so I really liked that aspect of the site. The tutor we found is beyond amazing and really should just tutor people for a living! That's how great she is! Thanks WyzAnt, thanks to you my daughter now has a chance of passing AP biology!

Easy process to find a tutor, communicate with your tutor, and pay your tutor
WyzAnt provides an effective means to search for tutors in your area. I was able to quickly find and "interview" a handful of tutors for elementary math. After I chose the tutor, the website made it easy to communicate with the tutor, schedule appointments and pay for the tutoring sessions. I have already recommended the website to co-workers and friends.
Helping my daughter greatly
You have to love when a 16-year old tells you that "it is the fastest hour of the day" and she is studying Geometry! This has been a blessing and my daughter keeps progressing nicely.
