WyzAnt is surprisingly very well organized!
WyzAnt is a wonderful tool for parents searching for a tutor. It is nice to have access to reviews and background checks. The program is very convenient all the way through payment. My son's (6th grade) tutor is very caring and puts forth great effort. She provides me with a detailed report following each session and is always available if I need to discuss something. Very satisfied!
Great Tutor Search and Selection
My grandson needed some extra help with physics. The school was unable to provide a tutor. I turned to the internet and found WyzAnt. I was provided with a long list of qualified tutors. In addition, I was provided with all their billable rates and an easy method of payment. The first tutor we chose did not meet our expectations. We were not charged for that session. The second tutor has been great. This is a great service. I am so glad that I found them.

Found fantastic tutor for standardized tests
My son is preparing to take two standardized tests for high school admissions. He was a poor test taker and needed a lot of review in all subjects. After just a few weeks, he has already made substantial improvements in all four testing areas. My son loves the online tutoring, and he's a tough one to please. Because we don't have to waste time driving to a tutor, he is able to add an additional half hour to his sessions. He likes to be able to work from his room, talk to his tutor via video, do sample problems on the white board and save them to his computer. We live in a small town with not as many choices for tutors, but thanks to WyzAnt my son can work with great tutors from all over the country. He's already asked me to find him an online Spanish tutor. I have been more than impressed with WyzAnt's selection of tutors and how easy it is to set things up and pay online. I only wish we had started earlier.
Making a stressful moment easier
It was a shock to learn that our youngest wasn't doing well in school. We had so many questions - the first being: what can we do to help him? An internet search was overwhelming - so many tutors, programs and options. Who could we trust? Enter WyzAnt. I was quickly able to identify tutors that met our criteria, read about their backgrounds and strengths, and hear from other people about their experiences. It was simple to message tutors -and we had a lot of wonderful responses. Our tutor is a standout - and it's wonderful that we knew right away what her expectations were for fees. No uncomfortable small talk trying to pin down a rate, or wondering about taxes or fees. It's simple and easy, just a charge on our credit card. Even better, our tutor can focus on our son, instead of worrying about following up with us for money. Kids are still stressful, but at least finding a tutor wasn't.

I love WyzAnt! I was stressing out thinking about finding the right tutors for my daughter and WyzAnt has been perfect! It allows you to specify subjects so you are getting the "right" fit for your need. So far so good! I look forward to utilizing them now and into the future.

My daughter says her tutor is very helpful and slows things down for her so she can understand Honors Biology better. I found using WyzAnt very user friendly and was able to find a good tutor for my daughter.

Great Tutor Results and Great Tutors
Finding a tutor in my area was very easy. The tutors responded quickly and seemed genuinely interested in helping my son. The tutor we chose has been great! He is easy to schedule times with and in a short time my son's grades have gone from F's and D's to B's and A's. I am overall very pleased with using WyzAnt.

Exceptional Tutors
WyzAnt has a great selection of tutors. Each tutor responded promptly and were friendly and professional. It is great to pay through the site. We are using 2 tutors for our daughter. Ryan is tutoring math and science and Debbie is tutoring Russian. They are exceptional tutors, who respond quickly to emails.
