The perfect Coach
I was able to search and find the perfect coach for my daughter. I refer to her as a coach because my daughter is in college and feels like using the word tutor would make her feel like a child. So, I have been very pleased with the coaching my daughter is receiving. She has some learning challenges and just needs a coach to monitor and support her academic process. Her coach provides her with supportive suggestions on how to manage her assignments and reinforces what is required for her to complete her assignment. Her coach also provides her with suggestions on how to strengthen her study skills and other ways to tackle her weakness. My daughter and I are very please with our coach.

Within one week we found several well qualified tutors that were compatible with my daughter. One tutor even came to my home. We used Skype for another session. The tutors are also willing to provide thorough written explanation of problems by email or text in addition to face to face tutor time. Very useful as a study guide. In one week it has made a difference. If feels like we now have a team of qualified tutors to assist with my daughter's academic success.

Great Tutor, Great Customer Service
In looking for a math tutor for our granddaughter, WyzAnt was an option to browse through and we were very satisfied and impressed with the selection of tutors and their experience and backgrounds. We contacted Robin and once meeting her, we needed to look no further. She identified a point in mathematics that our granddaughter did not fully understand for her to be successful with the current material she was learning. After a few sessions with Robin going over and reviewing the area of need, my granddaughter developed improved insight and has a better grasp on the steps that are needed to solve problems in that area of math. Also, we did not fully understand the payment method and had some questions. The service rep that my husband talked with to clarify, was so nice, knowledgeable and completely satisfied our misunderstandings. We will use WyzAnt again if we need to and will recommend them to others looking for a tutor.

I'm thankful for having an experience using WyzAnt. It's very useful and easy to use. My tutor is helping me with the TOEFL test, she has good strategies and is very patient.
Great Tutor Search
I have been extremely happy with WyzAnt. The bio's and pictures were extremely helpful with matching my daughter's needs with a philosophy that matched my daughter's learning style. I selected 3 tutors initially, and within three days, all responded. The one I eventually selected has been knowledgable in the area I needed and very professional. Based on my experience, I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a tutor.

Great resource
WyzAnt has proved to be a terrific resource for finding a tutor. I was hesitant at first to use a website to locate a tutor for my daughter, but this site as well as the tutor is fantastic. Payments are extremely easy, the tutor is exceptional and my daughter is now thriving in subjects she was originally struggling in. I can not recommend this site enough for anyone looking for a tutor.

Very Pleased
I was desperately searching for a tutor to help my 4th grader prepare for the STAAR test. I didn't know where to look go I Googled it and WyzAnt came up. I provided specific details for what I needed and several tutor choices were immediately available. The website was user friendly and fast. Great Tutor selection
When I went looking for Math and Reading tutors, I was skeptical. WyzAnt has a large, diverse and skilled selection of tutors. I personally interviewd several tutors to gauge their ability and qualifications. Every single tutor I spoke with was an absolute professional with outstanding credentials. The hardest part was matching our schedule with the various outstanding tutoring options I was given. I strongly recommend this site as a resource if your son or daughter needs a reasonable priced tutor.
Very bright and knowledgeable tutors
Easy to contact tutors, most with background checks, many subjects, and very flexible. We needed a tutor at the last minute to prepare for a chemistry test and were very happy and relieved to have found one!

Great Tutor and Online Classroom
My experience so far has been better than I had expected. The site tools are amazing and the interaction with the instructor feels as if he were sitting there next to me. The web-based classroom is really impressive and it allows the lessons to be saved for future review. The instructor is top notch! This is the best online instruction site, I have ever used.
Pretty good experience.
I had a pretty good experience. I needed a tutor for my son. I found the site from a google search, don't recall the terms I used. search within your site was quick, easy, and effective. easy to communicate with the short list of tutors that came up. easy to setup account and payment. payments just happen, and I appreciate that seamlessness. tiering down your percentage take to drop with the tutor's time/experience seems fair. no usage issues so far, after 3 tutoring sessions.
Found a Wonderful Tutor for Special Education Needs
WyzAnt helped me to find a wonderful and experienced tutor for my child! The process of finding a tutor was relatively easy. I downloaded the app and found a tutor within 2 weeks that I really like. The tutor is thorough and uses different approaches specific to the needs of the student, including visual aids and handouts that can be taken home. She also uses positive reinforcement which in turn has helped build my child's confidence. WyzAnt's customer service team has been very responsive to my questions via email and by telephone regarding payment and credits to my account. Having a tutor has helped me when I need to explain things to my child on days when I have to help with homework because of the handouts our tutor provides us with.
I'm happy with this product
I am leaving for Paris in a few weeks, having been studying using Pimsleur (highly recommend that!), but I wanted the chance to converse with a knowledgeable person who would help me put my knowledge of French to work. It is going very well. He is providing exactly the type of tutoring I was looking for.
Personalized Tutor Experience
This site gives you a great way to find and get tutors in the way you want. When I started I thought it would stay with only math and English but as I continued I found a Maya tutor that has helped me alot.

Good Experience with both tutors
My son needed short term support to prep for a Math test. We worked with two tutors so he could get the hours to fit into his busy schedule both tutors were great and we will use Wyzant again. Although it was short term he came away with knowledge that will help him through college. It was well worth it. Both tutors communicated well with us about schedules and gave him welcomed and needed feedback.
