Great Experience
In searching for a tutor to teach me how to use Adobe Photoshop, I found WyzAnt. They provided me with names and background information on not just one but several individuals. This was very helpful in making a decision as to who I thought would provide me with the assistance I required. It was a pleasant experience and I will use the WyzAnt service in the future if the occasion arises.
Tutors adapt easily to busy schedules
I liked the experience with WyzAnt from the beginning: clear, easy-to-navigate website made it fun searching for a French tutor in our area. The refundable first hour deal gives you the option to find the best match for your needs. We found the best tutor, Antoine, from the start. With me working full time and both my girls participating in after school activities, finding time to squeeze the French classes in was a main concern. With WyzAnt this is not an issue. Antoine easily adapted to our schedule and now my girls have French classes twice a week, in the comfort of our home. Perfect!
WyzAnt Makes It Easy
I was a bit daunted by the task of finding a music teacher for my daughter because she plays an instrument that is not the typical piano or violin. WyzAnt made that search really easy. Although there was only one or maybe two teachers available, the tutor we found turned out to be a good fit. WyzAnt also made it easy for me to submit payment - it's all done online, which I appreciate. I also appreciate that WyzAnt allows me to communicate directly with the teacher through email. The teacher is great; my daughter really likes him and with only three lessons, she has learned a lot and her technique has improved greatly.
Wonderful source for tutors
I was looking for an SAT tutor for my son when I came across WyzAnt. I liked the idea of local tutors, background checks, reasonable rates, guarantees of compatibility and helpful reviews. We have been so pleased with our tutor. He has been easy to work with and very accommodating to some of my son's schedule changes. I highly recommend WyzAnt.
Glad I found Wyzant!
I just did an internet search for tutors and stumbled onto WyzAnt. I was able to quickly see what tutors were available in my town and for which subjects along with their hourly rates. I found a tutor who was a good fit for my son and his needs and location. She did a great job and we will use WyzAnt and this tutor again I am sure. Would definitely recommend WyzAnt to fellow parents.

First Session- Great!!
My daughter's first session was amazing. Areas that she was struggling with upon my tutors arrival, she understood after the first session. If we keep this up, she will improve two letter grades. Love it!!

WyzAnt is a dream come true for students in need of a great tutor - in any subject! I was told about WyzAnt by a fellow classmate and searched on their website in order to locate a Statistics tutor. Boy, was I ever lost and confused in that subject! Searching for the perfect tutor was so simple that I am thrilled with the utilization of WyzAnt and will definitely be "knocking on their door" in the near future. As a matter of fact, I bought another discounted package so that my tutor will be able to make certain that I receive a very good grade in Statistics. So far my experience with WyzAnt has been positive. I was successful in finding a tutor and setting up the first session was easy. I was delighted to learn that it was possible to set up lessons (via Skype) since we leave in different states. WyzAnt is a very convenient service.
