Great test prep!
Ivan was very helpful as I prepared for a Spanish test. He made difficult grammar concepts very clear. I am happy to have him. I know that I will do well this year.

Great first lesson. Taught my daughter how to correctly hold bow and violin. Loved the practice schedule ("homework") he gave her for the week. Had some great suggestions to help her understand how to hold and why.
Highly Recommended for SAT English Prep
Vera was quite good as an English SAT tutor for my son. She quickly and easily developed a rapport with him and then zero'd in on the areas that needed the most attention, in particular, critical reading and vocabulary. Vera is personable and flexible in terms of scheduling. I would recommend Vera without hesitation.

High Quality Tutor
I turned to WyzAnt as I needed help with quantitative data analysis for my Masters thesis, after speaking with several tutors I decided to work with Zoltan based on his expertise in statistics and his knowledge in the area of conjoint analysis. Zoltan asked the RIGHT questions and made sure he understood the assignment before we proceeded, he was able to provide guidance throughout the entire process and stuck to all the deadlines. I had a wonderful trip to Poland in September 2021 -- one reason it was so great was because of my Wyzant Polish teacher, Marta S. I visited Warsaw, Krakow and Gdansk, and also went on a day trip to Bialystok, where my Jewish grandfather Leo emigrated from over 100 years ago. Polish is such a difficult language, almost as difficult as Chinese and Arabic according to the U.S Department of State. But Marta not only made Polish easier, but fun! I felt comfortable reading signs, menus and even exchanging some greetings with Poles I met. Many younger Poles speak English, but they were so delighted when a native English-speaker could actually pronounce words correctly. Marta also answered my questions about Polish history, food and the culture. My classes with her were language classes and cultural orientation classes combined! I highly recommend Marta. Besides being a terrific teacher—knowledgeable, patient and flexible—she is a terrific person.
