Is there a command to list all Unix group names?
I know there is the `/etc/group` file that lists all users groups.
I would like to know if there is a simple command to list all user group names in spite of parsing the world readable...

Redirect all output to file?
I know that in Linux, to redirect output from the screen to a file, I can either use the `>` or `tee`. However, I'm not sure why part of the output is still output to the screen and not written...
