Did not learn anything from tutor session

The tutor was supposed to help me for an hour and a half. He was on camera for less than an hour. Within the 50 or so minutes on that we were on camera together, he did not teach me anything at all. I left the session more confused than anything else. I have emailed wyzant support and have not heard anything but I will be needing a refund because it was a total waste of time and money.
