In order to compare the fractions
you MUST find the common denominator.
Here is an example:
3/4 vs 2/5
The common denominator is 20
3/4 = 15/20
while 2/5 = 8/20
So
3/4 = 15/20 > 8/20 = 2/5
The answer is greater than >
