About bank account and business partners

Question

There are two partners in business and they have joint account in bank. One partner gone out of station and suddenly second partner needs sum of amount then on that situation what will he do?

One partner "gone out of station"?

Other partner "needs sum of amount"?  [The writing style here is not good English.)

 

If one partner needs to write a check, then that partner can write a check for whatever amount is required to be paid, provided that only one signature is sufficient on a check. This is, then, dependent on what the rules for check signing are applicable to that account. It would have been natural for partners who trust one another to set up either one of the partners to be entitled to sign the checks alone, in order to handle situations just as this.
