9x-y=1
y=9x-1
slope = 9
For the line 2 which is parallel to 9x-y=1
parallel lines have same slope and it passes through the point (6,7) which is X2 and Y2.
Now plug in : y-y2 = m(x-x2)
y-7 = 9(x-6)
y-7 = 9x - 54
y= 9x -54+7
y= 9x -47
