How do I do a truth table?

I am not sure how to make truth tables and my book nor my teacher are giving me assistance!
(p↔ ~q)→(q→~p)

Set up each column and work from right to left:

 

(p ↔ ~q)

 

T if p and q are the same

 

(q → ~p)

 

T → T is T

T → F is F

F → anything is T

 

p     q   ~p   ~q     (P ↔ ~q)    (q → ~p)     (p ↔ ~q) → (q → ~p)
