Relative minimums and relative maximums of x^3-3x^2+4

I'm working on a project and I can't figure it out

f(x) = x3 - 3x2 + 4
f'(x) = 3x2 - 6x
f'(x) = 3x(x - 2)
 
Relative maximum and minimum occur at x = 0 and x = 2.

The relative maximum or minimum occur when the first derivative, f'(x) = 0.
The second equation is the first derivative of the first equation.
