Are you certain you copied the problem correctly? It is unclear to me what needs to be done.
OK:
2x + 4y +3z = 5x + 10y -15
3z = 5x +10y - 15 -2x -4y = x(5 -2) +y(10 - 4) - 15
3z = 3x + 6y -15
z = x +2y - 5
