I recently just got accepted to my first oral interview for a local fire department. I’ve been researching their department and the town, however I’d love advice and even polish interview questions so I can get the highest chance of getting this position. Anything so I can go into this confident would be amazing.

We have a 9-year-old son who loves writing, but we’d love some support in strengthening his reading comprehension and helping him become more engaged with reading and writing.
More than anything, we’re looking for a strong mentor who can connect with him, encourage his interests, and help build his confidence through reading and writing activities.

I'm looking for an experienced middle-school ELA tutor for my 7th grade son. He currently attends a Catholic school and will be transitioning to public school for 8th grade next year. We're concerned about his writing skills - particularly punctuation, run-on sentences, organization, and clarity. He also needs support with essay structure, developing ideas more analytically, and improving his handwriting.
