I am reaching out in hopes of learning more about tutoring and how it may help my son. He is currently in 11th grade in the MDUSD school district. He has always struggled with Math and has been moving slowly through Math with his IEP. He is currently struggling with Financial Algebra and when assessment for math occurred at a local tutoring center he was testing at the 6-7th grade level needing to focus on some foundation skills. The goal is for him to truly be at the “11th. Grade” level that he is in right now and to make him more confident in his skills so he can continue on with Math throughout college.
Do you offer in person tutoring or virtual? Would meeting at the pleasant hill library be an option? How long are your sessions and do you supply a curriculum for him to follow and test?
Thank you
Nina

I am looking for an AP tutor for my son (11th grade). He is currently doing a semester in France and his course over there is pretty much aligned with the AP course, but we would like him to meet with someone specialized with AP content who can go over with him on what is needed for the exam.

I am interested in hiring you to work with my son a 4th grader in the Fairfield-Suisun Virtual Academy.
Liam is a bright student who was doing amazing earlier this year, but he has recently fallen behind. My goal is to get him back into the '100 Club' (100 percent work completion). He tends to 'freeze' when he gets behind, and I need a system to help him stay on track.
I am looking for someone to sit with him from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Tuesday , to help him with:
Engagement and Discipline: Following teacher actions in Google Classroom, taking notes, and building the grit to get the job done.
Identifying Gaps: Pinpointing exactly where he gets 'stuck' so we can bridge those learning gaps.
The "Joy" of Learning: Most importantly, I want him to find fun ways to learn. I want him to rediscover a love for school where he actually can't wait to start a project and feels that spark of pride when he finishes it.

I’m looking for a tutor for my son in Sophomore high school Spanish. He is struggling with all of it — assignments/homework/tests. We would like at least the first session to be in-person. We are in San Rafael.

I’m reaching out as I’m interested in in-person Japanese tutoring services for my daughter. She is a high school student in her second year of Japanese. Just double checking if you would be able to come to our house what your price would be. Thanks so much!
