My name is Chantelle, and I grew up in a small town in Wyoming and later moved to New York City to attend Columbia University, where I majored in Neuroscience and Behavior. I am now in my third year of medical school and pursuing a career as an OB/GYN. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in the sciences, as well as an appreciation for the value of curiosity, persistence, and critical thinking in learning.
I have experience tutoring middle and high school students and enjoy working with learners one-on-one. Most of my tutoring experience has been in science and math subjects. I focus on adapting my approach to each student’s unique learning style, whether that means breaking down complex concepts, providing practice strategies, or offering encouragement and guidance. My goal is to help students feel more confident, capable, and motivated in their studies. I am especially passionate about helping pre-medical and medical students with test, application, and interview preparation.

I have personal experience with the ACT, MCAT, USMLE Step 1, and both undergraduate and medical school application processes. Please reach out with any questions or if you are interested in scheduling a session with me! I look forward to meeting you and helping in any way I can.

My tutoring emphasizes clinical relevance, using real case examples to reinforce foundational concepts. Through consistent teaching and review, I've developed a strong command of anatomical systems and enjoy helping others build the same confidence.
