While I am eager to tutor in any subjects, I most enjoy reading, language and math. These subjects are where I am most creative and see the most growth in my students.
My teaching style is high energy, interactive, and purposeful while integrating connections to the student and the world. Thematic concepts are often used and I am passionate about customizing instruction to meet a child's interests. This includes reading material, teaching tools, story problems, and discussions to create a child-centered method of instruction.
