I am currently working as a chemistry professor and science and math tutor and living in Wheeling, WV. I have been teaching Introductory Chemistry and General Chemistry I and II face-to-face and fully online at the college level in the Northwest Houston area for over ten years. I've also taught fully online Introductory Chemistry, General Chemistry I and II classes for West Virginia colleges. Helped my son from an F to a B
My son, normally an A/B student in advanced HS classes became quite lost in chemistry despite staying after school for help many times a week and spending many hours studying. He was confused and could not get himself sorted this time. We found Miss Lisa the week before a make-up test he was taking which he previously failed Even though it was somewhat last minute, she luckily had some availability and she met with him for 2 sessions (and of course he studied again) before the make up test. I could not believe it but my son received a 90.6 on his make up test (the one he had failed previously). He changed his grade from an F to a B. We will definitely continue to see Miss Lisa throughout the rest of the course. He was lost in a chemistry maze and she gave him the map and tools he needed to learn, understand and find his way out.

Algebra 2 Tutor
Lisa helped my son better understand math concepts and learn skills that helped him maintain his grade in his Algebra 2 class. She is very accommodating with last minute sessions, and according to my son, her explanations are short and to the point.
