I have many experiences that are great qualifications for tutoring in history. My undergraduate was in both History and Political Science. For history I had a focus on American and European History. I spent a semester abroad in Strasbourg, France where I took some of my European History classes, which gives a European perspective on history. As for American History, my capstone paper was on the American Civil War, specifically discussing the collapse of the Whig Party in the years leading up to the war. Furthermore I have a passion for geography, and I love reading and analyzing maps. I have also tutored students in Geography and they received "A"s in those classes. For political science I have a degree in the subject. I specialized in law and legal studies. I have a lot of experience tutoring and helping students understand political science. Lastly, I have taken many of the AP history courses, specifically World History, European History, and American History.
