Hi, I’m Tori! I graduated summa cum laude from WVU with a Bachelors in Biology and minor in Italian studies. I attended WVU School of Medicine and am a current Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Resident Physician. Throughout my college and post-graduate experiences I discovered a passion for mentorship. I’ve experienced firsthand how an engaging and dedicated professor or mentor can shape one’s learning. I try to apply the same characteristics to my own tutoring approach. I want my clients to succeed and to learn material in a way that they can apply it in the future.

I have two years of tutoring experience in undergraduate anatomy and physiology, both in the lab and classroom. These were my favorite courses to tutor in. Additionally, I was a private tutor for an elementary school child, where we covered all subjects in their curriculum. I believe that learning should be enjoyable rather than stress-inducing. My experience with a wide variety of ages and subjects has equipped me with the tools to adapt my tutoring style based on the needs of each individual client.

During my time in medical school, I also led mentoring organizations and have experience with advising clients on board preparation, interviewing, and personal statement writing.

My objective is to offer the most exceptional learning experience for my clients. I am committed to witnessing each individual’s success, whether it be passing a course or securing admission into a program. As a Resident physician, my schedule is constantly evolving, but I am always able to make time for tutoring services for my clients whenever they require it.
