I am currently working towards my doctorate while teaching full time as a professor of economics at my alma mater. I am teaching college courses in macroeconomics, microeconomics, business statistics, and econometrics. I especially love teaching econometrics, as it gives me an opportunity to keep my programming skills sharp.
I have written several econometric papers in R programming language and have used R for more than 5 years now. I find that students grasp econometric concepts more fully when using real world data with programming methods.
