Bio

My name is Mark, and I'm a 4th year medical student at West Virginia University. I've always been passionate about teaching and want to help you succeed! Physiology has been one of my favorite classes in medical school, and it was also one of my favorite undergraduate classes at Northwestern University. I've loved tutoring physiology on Wyzant before, and I hope you'll enjoy learning from me here, too!

Besides my training at Northwestern, I have studied Spanish for many years and have a passion for the language. I also have experience with medical Spanish, which I have used in the hospital with patients during my medical school training.

I'm a 4th year medical student at West Virginia University who recently took USMLE Step 2. I'm passionate about teaching and want to help you score as well as possible on this beast of an exam! When I was studying for Step 2 myself, I experimented with a variety of study approaches and found which approaches tended to work best both for myself and for other med students in my class. I scored 259 on the exam, which corresponds to about the 75th percentile.
