I am an analyst with work experiences in many different industries. My Bachelor's of Science Degree is in Aerospace Engineering with a German and a Business minor. This required me studying all types of math courses, up to differential equations. Along with Math subjects, I enjoy tutoring in various Science subjects (especially Physics), practicing my German, and occasionally getting my feet wet with Statistics.

I started tutoring in high school for volunteer work through school organizations, continued in college to earn some spending money, and continue it now as a both a way to earn some additional income but to also make a positive impact in my community. I have tutored many different levels of math ranging from elementary level math subjects through Calculus 1 and 2. I enjoy tutoring when it helps a student both raise their grades. but also gain more confidence. Since there's more than one way to solve a problem, I will teach the different approaches that best suit my students. I also find ways to relate the subject matter to real life uses, aiming for more excitement and engagement with the student.

I take a more relaxed, fun approach to my tutoring. Less stress for everyone involved and makes the material more enjoyable to learn. I am a proponent of learning from mistakes, figuring out what went wrong and correcting so it is done right the next time.
